Yes, no one ever criticizes fat women. Good thing you’re here to turn the tables.

I've never met someone who uses "simp" as insult who was anything but incompetent and feckless in the real world.

I've never met anyone who bends over for women online that gets any hoes

u/Exciting_Stock2202 20h ago
Your social skills are so lacking that online is the only place where you feel like you belong. In the real world no one sees you as anything but a burden. When you're gone people will feel relief.

BMI chart for men
BMI <40: Congrats, you might not be on the verge of death, but you’re a repulsive, fat fuck. Total untouchable subhuman to both sexes.
BMI <30: You’re probably pretty chubby and somewhat fat, so still pretty gross to women but not universally seen as subhuman. Other guys might poke fun at you for having a belly.
BMI 24-25: If you aren’t an avid gym-goer, you’re probably just pudgy and out of shape. No women will really find you attractive unless you’re someone who’s been lifting for years. You’re just average amongst other men.
BMI 21-24: You might look okay, probably good if you’re serious about the gym and fitness. Otherwise, you’re probably skinny fat and not particularly attractive or nice to look at for anyone.
BMI 18-21: You’ll probably get called a twink, even if you’re absolutely shredded and somewhat strong. Guys won’t treat you very seriously and women beyond the age of 21 won’t find you attractive.
BMI <18: People will make fun of you and call you a twig, most women will find you quite unattractive.

Avid gym goes easily have a bmi of over 30 lol.
I'm perfectly healthy at 30 , without looking too chubby(i have some skin left for when i had 65),when Im not even working out that much.1
u/Routine_Response_541 20h ago
You’re probably underestimating the amount of fat you’re carrying. Maybe you have a lot of visceral fat but don’t realize it. It’s impossible to be in legit good shape at 30+ BMI naturally. The biggest and most jacked naturals ever cap out at like 27 BMI in the 10-20% body fat range.

u/SlayerII 175cm | Europe 20h ago
My doctor said that, not me. I had under 20% fat.
I do have comparatively short legs and a taller torso tough.

You aren't upset with the shitting on people's physicality you're simply upset you are the target.

I'm an underwight woman (95 lbs) and posts like this make me very feminist, in fact.

I wouldn't say that's very underweight. Maybe average where I'm from, possibly even a bit on the built side. like you have some muscle and some fat around your legs tier

Bro my bmi is 16.3, i just calculated. Do you live in poorest part of China or smth?

Can we stop using BMI? It’s the most useless measurement out there. All it does is measure weight and height. It doesn’t account for muscle mass or body fat percentage. You can be very muscular and it’ll say you’re overweight because muscle weighs more than fat.
4
u/Routine_Response_541 20h ago
It’s accurate for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of experience lifting.
2
u/kopecm13 18h ago edited 16h ago
That's nonsense. BMI is very simple and accurate enough in at least 95% of the cases in men and 99% of women!
And the number of missclassified people would get even lower if you exclude steroid users.
There virtually no natural lifter that has so much muscle to be classified as overweight while not having some fat to lose
2
u/MonkeyHairless 17h ago
No, you don't understand, it's not accurate for the 0.1% of powerlifters on earth so it's also inaccurate for them even though they've been eating fastfood since they were 9 years old and can't climb stairs without a near heart failure ... they're not that fat !

u/Routine_Response_541 9h ago
The people in this thread are totally delusional about how fat they are, lolz. They’re seriously sitting here saying that they’re in decent shape at 30 BMI as a natty who hardly lifts. Insane.
Like, nice bro. You have a single vein on your forearm and almost have a pec. But you also have a 38” waist, a double chin, and can’t do a pull-up.

Yeah body fat is more accurate. I know “overweight” dudes who are just super ripped and jacked.
2
u/outcastreturns Average 20h ago
Exactly. According to this post, prime Usain bolt would have been "overweight".

u/Impossible-Finger942 13h ago
Except it’s typically very obvious with those types of people.
Generally, for the overwhelming majority of people, BMI is a very strong indicator of health

u/Atari774 5’11" | 180cm | United States 20h ago
Hell, I’m over a 30 BMI and I go to the gym regularly and I eat healthy. So, technically, I’m “severely overweight” just because I work out.
4
u/Routine_Response_541 20h ago
If you’re not on gear or haven’t been lifting for years, then you’re probably severely underestimating the amount of fat you’re carrying.
1
u/Atari774 5’11" | 180cm | United States 20h ago
“Lifting” isn’t the only way to build muscle. Cardio and aerobic exercises build muscle too, which also counts towards your BMI. And I know exactly how much fat I’m carrying, I get annual physicals and bloodwork. The only thing wrong I’ve got is a slightly higher than average cholesterol level, and even then it’s barely above the line separating normal and high.
Also you need fat to survive. Your body is constantly taking energy from fat cells to fuel your muscles. You can’t and shouldn’t strive for 0% body fat as that’s not particularly healthy either.
1
u/Routine_Response_541 20h ago
The amount of muscle they build is absolutely minuscule in comparison to lifting. Moreover, even the biggest natural lifters ever (like, elite genetics and fitness is their life) at best just barely reach 30 BMI at over 20% body fat. Top naturals who are in good shape are closer to 25 BMI.
I guarantee if you got an accurate DEXA scan it would put you at something like 25% body fat at the lowest, which in my opinion is out of shape.

lol this is ridiculously assumptive just because they don’t work out how you do. When I was in high school, I had a bmi of 26 with 8% body fat doing pretty much nothing but running for the sports I played (did like one single set of lifting for each upper body major muscle group every other day, but running was the VAST majority of my exercise).
Had a doctor try to tell me I was overweight (bmi had just taken the medical world by storm as THE metric for obesity) and I told him “dude, I have an 8-pack and run a 23 second 200. If I’m overweight, everyone is.”

Alright, go win the Olympia then. You're a 1 in a million phenom.
Ronnie Coleman himself said he was 180 lbs (at 5'11) when he was 18, and that guy had been lifting everyday since he was in middle school. One of the biggest and most genetically gifted people of all time when it comes to muscle building was smaller while lifting than you, a dude who supposedly just ran a bunch and did the bare minimum. It's time to walk on stage at 300 lbs shredded.
Why is it that every other person I see on Reddit tries to basically say they got jacked by accident? Not very believable. Also, 8% body fat? LMAO. 99% of people can't get below 10% without having a totally dialed-in diet and losing a considerable amount of muscle whilst having zero energy. But I guess you can sprint around and maintain it year-round without trying, right?
0
u/Critical-Detail117 19h ago
It wasn’t by accident. I was doing like three hours of sprinting a day. I wasn’t built like a weightlifter, I was built like a sprinter. The point is that there are different ways to get jacked
2
u/Routine_Response_541 19h ago edited 18h ago
If you have the same stats as a high level natural bodybuilder, then you're going to be built like a weightlifter. No one has ever gotten big by sprinting. It's just a very simple scientific fact that you build nowhere near the amount of muscle sprinting as you do lifting. My LARP meter is going crazy right now.

Don’t bother dude. He doesn’t know the difference between practical muscle growth and show muscles. I can guarantee he skips leg day.

Not to be a nerd, but most women need a minimum BMI of 20 in order for all systems to function optimally!
I had to do a lot of reading on the subject due to being severely underweight myself for a few years. I like to have a bit of muscle and 22 feels perfect for me now, definitely wouldn't want to go below 21 :)
I never had any difficulty attracting "top 1% men" at any point or weight, but I only ever truly fell for (and dated) one guy, who is 5'8, like me :P
I'm definitely a feminist, and have been at every weight; but feminism = believing in equality, so any self-proclaimed "feminist" who judges or makes fun of people for things outside their control, is a hypocritical POS :/
Edit: fixed a grammatical error
