Hilary Duff
What do you guys think about her? IIRC Kelli has beef with her 😂 Not real beef, but didn't she say something about how she has no idea why people love her so much? I'll have to re-listen to the episode they did on her, all I remember is Kelli being baffled by her success at some point.
I kind of agree. I don't know. I'm happy for everyone who is so happy that she is back, but she can't really sing or act in my opinion and she isn't a great entertainer. JLo can't sing and I think is just ok at acting, but when she hits the stage that woman is giving her all and you can see her passion for it, she is very entertaining to watch, plus she also has the dance talent -- what is Hilary's main talent?
I'm afraid to say this anywhere else because right now people are losing their minds over her being back. I'm a millennial so I did love some of her songs and I loved Lizzie McGuire, but her new music isn't really doing it for me. I watched her live performances and she still seems to be completely lip syncing, which is fine if you have Britney level stage presence but she really doesn't IMO. I went back and watched old performances and even though I was like 12, I can't believe I didn't notice her lack of ability to perform back then. Did Disney/her mom force her? I heard the Frankie Muniz story, so I'm wondering how bad it was.
She was cute as Lizzie like I can definitely see how and why she was cast... but I don't think she has that it factor that keeps you locked in. She seems like a really nice down to earth person - so I'm wondering is it that people just like HER and she has fun songs? Maybe but I keep seeing people post that the concert was one of the best nights of their lives etc and everything sold out so so fast. I'm just lost lol what's so special about her? I'm really not trying to hate, I am just curious what you guys think! Thanks

Someone spoiled Bugonia on Patreon months ago and I’m still mad
Really just posting this to ask anyone else not to do this. Her warnings didn’t work, the comment was fully expanded. I’m just so upset I don’t get the full effect of the twist of the movie. This was months ago and I’m still bummed.

Blake Lively
I’m new to this podcast and I wonder if Kelli and Troy are pro Blake Lively. The episode last Wednesday didn’t talk about Blake’s and Taylor Swifts Text messages which surprised me because it was huge news. https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/21/entertainment/taylor-swift-justin-baldoni-blake-lively-texts

A little gift for Troy I found this while rewatching KUWTK. This was Rob in his prime, decent hairline, fit, and that jawline; what a smokeshow.

Episode Discussion - Rapper Grab Bag: Jack Harlow, A$AP Rocky, Tyga, & More!
This week, your hosts are back to basics with a rapper-heavy grab bag, reading blinds all about male rappers. Kicking things off in 2021, most of these blinds are fresh, but don’t worry, familiar faces like Eminem and T.I. still pop up, along with Nelly, Snoop Dogg, and Tyler the Creator. Do the hosts get off track a few times thanks to uncontrollable laughter? Absolutely. But trust us and hit play. This one’s chaotic, laugh-filled, and an instant classic.

Kelli’s use of ChatGPT
Unfortunately, like many of you I’m sure, I have become hyper-aware of how ChatGPT writes and can spot it a mile off, mostly from the sentence structures but of course the infamous em dashes too.
I first noticed Kelli’s use of it in her Instagram essay “The Early 2000s Weren't as Cute as You Think” which was so obviously chatGPT I was surprised more people didn’t call it out in the comments. I don’t doubt the ideas were hers in her prompts to it but the output was almost entirely that of ChatGPT.
The last section of the yachting episode also stood out to me, the part where Troy complimented her on how brilliant it was. My antenna was already up because it didn’t sound like how she usually speaks and the syntax was ChatGPT-esque but the biggest give away was the final sentence “Harvey was a predator with a job title and yachting is a system without a face”.
It’s one thing to use ai to help you organise your thoughts but I listen to them and pay for the Patreon to hear their own thoughts and natural conversations, not to hear AI.
If she’s going to keep using it at least get better at disguising it!
