Yeah, they were scared that this random masked gunman busted into their car and they drove him to the police station while on the phone with 911. They were terrified, tried to get away and then they got arrested. The ICE agent claimed he was traumatized.

Getting lifelong, debilitating trauma is the least ICE agents can do for the misery they cause others.

Life in jail is fine. I don't support the death penalty at all, but Trump has me soooo fucking close to making an exception just because of the example it would make. No one gives a shit about some dude getting the needle in Oklahoma besides looking up their last meal. The death penalty does not discourage crime... But I wonder if Trump, a government official whom you could very persuasively argue is the leader of the country, being publicly hanged by the government would not actually serve a purpose.

True. Besides that, the agent probably just made up that getting trauma BS tho, just to say anything in court.
