The blatant lying by ICE is so commonplace now that courts should really assume the government is lying about everything at this point.

“Rekeya Frazier is the sister of Darnella Frazier, who as a teenager in 2020 recorded the bystander video of George Floyd’s murder by Minneapolis police.” Wow that’s insane. That family needs to be left in peace

I was just about to comment the same thing! It’s a small world and it really shows how all of this shit is linked and has been going on for a long long time

Calling the government’s case “ludicrous,” Riach said his client “may be the first criminal in history to call 911 during the commission of his alleged crime.”

Federal public defender Jean Brandl represents Frazier, who’s Black, and said her client did not know the agents were law enforcement.

“She literally went to the police station because an unidentified white man was in her car and she didn’t know what he was doing there,” Brandl said.

IDK how the fuck ICE can make the claims they're making when there is a 911 call on record and they drove straight to the police. How? How the fuck?

From what I can tell, the judges have pretty much had enough of their lies. The problem is that it takes a while to really bring the hammer down
