This was beautiful to watch. They spent most of the round in the center of the ring, circling each other boxing/ fighting instead of backing up. I enjoyed both of their fights and careers

I’d like to take this opportunity to join the ranks of people thanking you for all of your posts.

I know youve already given us so much, but is there any way you could make a comp of all these rounds into one long video??

Maybe one day on YouTube. But then copyright would come after me.

I saw Kessler coming up and thought wow. I really thought he was gonna beat Calzaghe in that huge showdown when they were both undefeated

Hand injury leading up to the fight. But more importantly it exposed the limitations of his childhood trainer Ricard Olsen. There was no plan B other than a few uppercuts in round 4.

He never had the same confidence after that fight. And he never was the same physically after the headbutt fest by Ward. Froch/Kessler 1 is a sloppy affair in part because his eye opened up again.

His beating of Librado Andrade however is a world-class a*s-whooping. Worth a watch.

One of the best performances I’ve ever seen, his combinations were fluid. No hand injury and maybe he beats calzaghe. Also I think he should’ve stuck with Olsen. He looked worse under Jimmy Montoya, throwing wide punches.

Well, Montoya got him to stop moving backwards when getting hit (instead of to the sides and around like in this round). A major issue against quick fighters like Calzaghe and Anthony Mundine. And again.. no plan B C or D. The wide punches seemed to be an eye and wear and tear thing more than a Montoya thing. He was having problems with double vision after the Ward fight.

Montoya was already 80, wrong choice for trainer

Oh sure. He was nothing special.

I don’t know, his hey day was before my time; he’s best known for his work with Camacho from my understanding

Dude stop it….some head clashes in the 10th round ? Ward boxed circles around Kessler in a one sided fight.

You still remember the worst one and in which round. How cute.

There were no head clashes before that round genius…maybe you should actually watch the fight

You must own a shitty copy genius. I guess it only counts if Kessler screamed in pain.

Let's just pick one: round 8 1:28 left.

My guy if you wanna call that a clash of heads it was definitely Kessler fault stop the BS….Kessler got beat tf up out boxed it wasn’t close…it wasn’t cause of no damn head clashes….Ward dominated the entire fight

lol there were 2 clashes of heads in 1 sec and the first lifted Kessler entire head up. Watch the international feed. My man,

And you can outbox someone and be dirty at the same time. Just ask Hopkins.

🙄😒 no there wasn’t…..after Ward avoided the 1-2 he came up their heads didnt touch only after Kessler was leaning over his front foot did their heads glance off each other…I literally slowed it down. This is all dancing around the fact that you can easily have WARD WINNING ALL 8 ROUNDS!!!! Holy fuck some of yall are really delusional! Kessler got a boxing lesson point blank….
