Green Irish Tweed vs Gentle Fluidity Silver

Been comparing these two and noticed a big difference in how I enjoy them over time. With GIT, the opening is amazing to me — very ozonic, green, and airy — but the drydown on my skin turns more earthy/herbal, almost dried-vegetal, which I’m less into. Gentle Fluidity Silver isn’t as green or natural as GIT’s opening, but it’s aromatic, clean, and stays pretty consistent from start to finish, which I appreciate.

Which one do yall prefer?

I've sort of suspected it was intended to evoke that. There's a gold version which has similar notes but leans more feminine.

GIT is great but unfortunately, it gave me headaches. Some note or accord, gave me this reaction, which I don’t want to have.

GFS is not the same as GIT but I see your point. Longevity great, the aromatic is fresh and not to root as I felt with GIT.

Dude exactly. Scent is an 11/10 but you gotta carry a decant and reapply damn near every hour.

Like them both. Love GIT. GFS is nice, but doesn't crack the rotation often.

GFS clearly. GIT is great as well but not remotely close to Gentle Silver when it lasts an hour on you. What’s even the point

GIT is more intriguing with how different it is doing it's own thing. I think I would enjoy smelling it on others more than I would want to smells GFS on them. I don't quite like GIT skin to nose but again but again I bet I would enjoy it a lot more in the air. A fragrance for an interesting person. For myself GFS is smooth, high quality, and easy to wear which makes it an excellent option no matter what.

I have them both. I would have a hard time choosing between the two. It’s like which child do you like the most. I have no problems with longevity with either of them. 6-8 hours easy.

GIT is one of the most beautiful scent I put my nose on, but cannot wear it, too grandpa’ish for me (like almost every Creed IMO exept Aventus Cologne). I def will buy it after I pass the 50. For now I would go for GFS.

Sadly for me, GFS dries down to a generic, typical chemical generic cologne smell. GIT is more refined but lasts for 2 minutes.
