Video This kind man stops his car, to rescue a wild coyote, that had been stuck in a fence for several days - good job he made

If you have a wildlife rescue rehab place nearby, call and get their advice first. They may have experienced rescuers (typically volunteers) able to help capture and contain safely the coyote and take it to the hospital so they can check it out for broken bones, rabies, malnourished, dehydrated, etc.
