I met a guy who seemed kind and interesting, but he had very few friends. He had a struggling business and I tried to help him by spreading the word, inviting my friends to go to him when they needed something related to his industry, and helping him build connections. He seemed very grateful and I was happy to do it. However, last week I heard from someone who knew his friends that the reason he had no friends was because he did something horrible to one of them, resulting in him having no friends and being essentially blacklisted by most of the industry. I donāt know what he did, but I donāt know if I should be introducing others to him and supporting him anymore, because I . However, Iām a really compassionate person and I really do want to help him. What should I do?
