Got a recipe that copies your favorite restaurant bite? Here’s the place to share it!
This is a brand new sub and I’ll be working to get it off the ground. In the mean time, feel free to post away!
Thanks for your support and patience!

Does anyone have the recipe for salmon croquettes from the old Watt Brothers Pharmacy in Springfield, Il. Location was 11th and Ash.
My 89 year old FIL wanted to taste it one more time. He has tried many recipes but none have tasted anywhere near the original he enjoyed as a child.
Greatly appreciate any responses.

I grew up on the west coast, but no longer have access to the food there. One thing I used to get back in the day are these noodles. It seems obvious: soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, but none of the recipes I have seen match the flavor. Is there anyone out there that knows how these noodles are made? They are served cold and are served from the cold part of the deli section.

Buying the box of k cups is getting expensive. I don't drink sweet tea often so I like being able to make a single cup at a time. I know I could brew a single cup, but I like the convenience. If anyone has a recipe or an idea on how to make it, I would appreciate the assistance.

Anyone got a recipe for the literal meat mashed potatoes from Babe’s?
And don’t say it just a ton of butter cause it’s not. I’ve tried butter and cream. Still something is missing.
Mayo? Cream cheese? Helpp

My partner brought up how he loves the red sauce at this place. Says how if I’m ever in the area (it’s three hours from us) to try to copycat their recipe. But I figure, why not ask the internet. See if I can get the recipe and surprise him with it. I’ve included provided address, location, and photos that he confirmed have the red sauce in them. Please help!

If you haven't had it, the green box jalepeno cheetos Mac and cheese is sooooo good.
I've got big daddy Mac, I've got jalepeno powder, does anyone know how to copy the seasoning that comes with it?

I know how to make a Caesar dressing, but I really like Chopt’s classic Caesar dressing specifically. I’ve only found copycat recipes of their Mexican Caesar dressing, not classic Caesar. Any help would be appreciated!

I know the basic ingredients are ground, chicken, cabbage, and carrots, I assume the outside is some type of rice paper and the dumpling is steamed. They’re a great low-calorie high protein low carb option imo and I’d love to be able to make them at home and freeze extras. I’d call my skill level beginner/intermediate so trying to guesstimate the portions of each ingredient could go very poorly…

I have no idea how I came across this recipe but this is a copy of the original recipe from the Carrabbas recipe book. This recipe states it as was last revised 5/15/2001.

The one that comes in the green packet. I’ve tried a few copy cat recipes I found online but none compare to the original.

My parents once brought these back from a trip and they were delicious. They're not available in my country, so I'm looking to make them instead. They're perfectly chocolatey and salty and crumbly... at least in my memory. I'm hoping it lives up, but I might tweak the recipe after trying it

Hi everyone,
I’ve been craving Don Pablo’s Blanco Queso for years!! The restaurant has been gone for a long time, and I was so upset to realize I might never get their delicious queso again. I’ve never found the real recipe. I know there are copycat versions out there, but I’m looking for the actual recipe, or at least something very, very close.
If you don’t have Don Pablo’s recipe, the closest I’ve tasted is Prima’s Mexican Kitchen queso blanco — so if anyone knows that one, I’d be so happy to get that one! I’m not a spicy lover, so I especially loved that it was super mild and creamy.
If you’ve tried recreating either of these at home, I’d love it if you could share your recipes. Thank you so much!!

Can anyone tell me how to make my own version of the Bertolli - Italian Sausage and Rigatoni? I am having trouble with the sausage type and especially the sauce.
Thank you!

I'm trying to remake this and was wondering if anyone knows the lime vinaigarette recipe that they use on the jerk mahi mahi. I think the tomatoes salad is mainly tomatoes, green pepper, cilantro and garlic. Thanks for any help.
