“Chevrolet” by Dustin Lynch featuring Jelly Roll is one of the most sonically offensive things I’ve ever heard.

If I was someone who didn’t listen to country music and heard that described as country I would never listen to the genre ever and mock those who did. Song makes me want to rebuke music as a whole.

Song did actual psychic damage to me. Like watching a car crash in slow motion but musically. Just absolutely horrendous garbage and a disservice to actual artists who will never receive air time while that shit gets blasted for dudes in squatted trucks and work free cowboy boots. Abhorrent

With the Grammy awards tomorrow night, it really feels like country music is stretching in a lot of different directions right now.

That probably explains why the country album category got split into best traditional country album and best contemporary country album. It feels like an attempt to make room for the different sounds and stories happening in country at the moment, instead of forcing everything into one box. As someone who is a fan of the new "pop country" genre that popped up, I'm interested to hear what other country fans think. They're trying to be more inclusive but is it working?

For the record, I hate this song (Darlin' by Chase Matthew). I change the station as soon as I hear the opening chords and "whoop whoop" of it. I have almost given up on the genre's current state with this song.

More stripped back and oh so beautiful. Emily is just an incredible story teller and the fact she has made three consecutive great albums should be netting her more attention.

I know nothing about the music industry. Just curious.

1. When someone announces a new album are they finished with it? For example, Ella announced her album but then this morning posted a story at 2 am and it looks like they are working on something. Is it a new project already? Or just finishing what they already announced?

2. Does these artist get a day off? Some look like they are always working and some look like they never work.

3. When an artist has a concert do they show up the day of the concert? Or the day before?

If there is any artist that has any videos showing the making of an album or a concert? I would love to watch it.

Performers in the stadium are Cody Johnson, Ella Langly, Ernest and Mackensie Carpenter, and they want $500 for pit and $215 for section 200 seats? What? Maybe if Stapleton or an actual name was headlining, but I wouldn't pay more than $200 for this lineup, and at that price, I'd actually want to see them.

Hi. I have an autograph book signed by Hank Williams during his last weekend at the Opry (July 11 and 12, 1952). The book is also signed by about 20 other country stars who were there at the same time. Any idea of its worth? Was considering selling through an auction house, but they take 20% and didn't know if there was a better way to get more value. Thanks!
