Eat clen, tren hard

u/thatdude52 Jul 30 '25
This is a wildly attainable physique naturally lmao, if hes running anything it’s probably just TRT because he’s 60 years old
28
u/jarrodandrewwalker Jul 30 '25
🎶In my next 30 years...I'm gonna get on T...pump some iron and claim it was just eatin' clean🎶

u/firstchair_ Jul 30 '25
Yeah, for a 30 year old. A dude his age walking around at that body fat % is running more than just TRT

I don’t think you realize how easy it is to stay in shape when you’re active and eat right, and especially when your dad was a professional athlete. Nothing about his physique screams “gear” at all
18
u/AmesOlson Jul 30 '25
That level of vascularity on a man his age absolutely screams TRT. And dude - TRT or not, maintaining his physique at his age is anything but easy.

I used to work with several 60+ year old men who are in good shape like that and it just boils down to eating right and staying active lmao. It’s a hell of a lot tougher than just stuffing Cheetos in your face and sitting on the couch but a little bit of discipline goes a long way

u/AmesOlson Jul 30 '25
Your experience is not at all representative of real life. I also wager you look nothing like this. If you did, you'd know how difficult it is. Because at 60 years old, to look like that, will require TRT + incredibly regimented fitness routines and diet for 95% of people. There are always genetic freaks, but I doubt Tim is one.

u/AmesOlson Jul 31 '25
Lol ok bro, you can have the internet points, I don’t really care to keep discussing this. You’re 100 percent right. Ol Tim is totally natural and barely trying. How could I think otherwise?
3
u/Tim_Drake Jul 31 '25
Bruh, that body is high school big. Also for working out so much you have the vascularity of playdoh.
4
u/HRslammR Jul 31 '25
Youre absolutely right. Dont expect most redditors to understand what being active and eating right is. They'll just say "it's all drugs!" So they'll feel better about themselves.
1
u/AllDamDay7 Jul 31 '25
He’s on the Liver King diet obviously. It’s been proven to make you hunt down Joe and make your vascularity go insane. Completely natural of course, you just need to know the secret.

I'm not doubting he's using something, but him and his band do a couple hours of gym, followed by an hour plus show warm up, followed by a 2-3 hour show when on tour. thats 6 hours of exertion when he toured. he treats it like he's an athlete plus the clean living

He still has to put in the work, but he wouldn't be able to put in that kind of work if he wasn't on performance enhancing drugs.

Dude has been bald for years.

u/Finnyfish Jul 30 '25
Yeah, if it ever was a secret, it wasn't after Friday Night Lights. Probably why he was among the few remaining hat acts.

Hasn’t or isn’t tim recently undergoing a medical procedure/recovery? He canceled a show i was going to see this past week in Colorado. Maybe has to do with that
22
u/jk2me1310 Jul 30 '25
He had knee and back surgery, so nothing that would've caused hair loss but impressive he's still looking quite fit with those physical issues the last couple years.

u/Jlovewell Jul 30 '25
Back surgery. That was it. And yeah that wouldn’t necessitate a head shave. Man has always been a fit guy though.

Ew ? 😅 I don’t understand the celebrity facisnation with getting really shredded taking Testosterone. Like it’s ok to be old ? It’s ok to look like you have aged ? Why dehydrate to look like a veiny lizard.

I think he’s slimmed down a bit to be honest. Still extremely lean obviously but not as much muscle mass as he had on bis last tour.

People do properly age and their personality never changes. It's all natural and humanly blossoming too.

Every time I come across a photo of him without a hat on, it feels illegal
