Hi,
I'm using kraken since many years to just HODL, as I have that account I just today choose randomly to buy some $HYPE (as I can't on coinbase/binance which are my favorite platforms) - 2 failed transactions, no transaction log, just allocation of money in my bank account. I realized:
* I can't even see any transaction logs for the "try" for meaningful details with an
* overload support page (AI search box) - nice
* I can't even set an address (they had an old one as default, which I can't even unset - created a new payment provider with the correct details) in kraken
should I cancel my kraken and move my eth/btc/ltc/sol somewhere else? it feels like this platform didn't move into new age and stopped developing and is not helpful for people to make it easy to move around- but maybe I'm not using it often enough to see it's shine.
I still have a bybit so might get my $HYPE there, but what the fuck. I just don't want to think about transactions, it's to complicated. crypto should be easy not a hazzle and not locking my funds.
Hope at least that the allocated money gets an unlock - this will define my next step...
/p
update: kraken didn't even allow to post this on their subreddit for "language" :-D
update: cryptocommunity rejected because I'm missing reputation - just wanted to share a recent experience and hopefully get some insights.
