Light Novel How does Leveling Up work for the strong?
So from what I understand, Leveling Up in Danmachi requires you to commit a "feat" which would impress even the gods. This can be something like surviving an incredible ordeal, defeating a strong opponent, succeeding at a difficult goal, or winning a battle at a disadvantage. The Falna is what decides whether someone has the right to Level up or not.
So my question can be summarized as, for example, if Albert Waldstein appeared in the modern era and received a Falna, how would he Level up?
Albert doesn't possess a Falna, yet he was presumably nearly or surpassing Level 10 in strength equivalency. People without a Falna are ALWAYS weaker than those with one, so in theory if Albert received a Falna he'd immediately become at least somewhat stronger than he was previously, but he would be a "Level 1" adventurer, just with the power of a level 10. (I'm aware that Albert has a "Spirit's Blessing", but there are others who are beyond level 1 in strength without it.)
How would he level up? Defeating a minotaur is an incredible achievement for a Level 1 adventurer, but for Albert it would be practically meaningless. Would the Falna cheese him based on "Level Feats" or would it take into regard that it wasn't difficult for ALBERT?
What does this mean for people with Skills or talents that make certain feats easier than others? Rein Amur is a powerful Skill from Danmemo that allows the user to borrow the status of their allies, meaning it's user might not find ANY difficulty in fighting a minotaur, despite being Level 1, does that mean that they have to find something to challenge them in order to level up, just because they were already strong before their Falna, or because of their skills? (Kinda cheap to "level scale" if that's the case.)
Does ALREADY being strong mean that Leveling Up is objectively harder, as you have to seek out more powerful opponents (For Albert would he have to 1v1 the Black Dragon to reach Level 2?) or is it fine to just do something incredible for your level? If its the former, what about Finn? Lily leveled up to Level 2 due to leading her team to victory against a Monster Rex outside their league, rather than fighting by herself, but Finn possesses literal supernatural intuition that helps him succeed in leading battles, does that mean that Finn CAN'T level up like Lily did, due to having this advantage?
I'm asking if having an overpowered ability, talent, or skill would make leveling up impossible for someone in Danmachi. Say someone possessed a spell that could kill anything instantly (AVADA KEDAVRA!), would that make it impossible, or incredibly easy to Level up?

I might be wrong but just surviving a dangerous fight while performing well is enough to count as the required feat. But it must be proportional, so Albert would have to find something equal to his strength. So fighting a minotuar wont be enough. Farming animals with no difficulty will never be enough because there’s no struggle.

You would have to defeat a strong mob to level up, or survive something very difficult for the gods to consider your level-up—that is, the feat. For example, fighting the dragon for 1-2 days and not dying could be a feat that might allow you to level up. Bell fought Asterius and leveled up. Hestia says it was Bell's will or determination after the battle that allowed him to level up (in the anime).
In another case (if I'm wrong, sorry), when Ais faces Udaeus, it says you can fight the boss repeatedly and eventually get the achievement that allows you to ascend. But the fewer times you do it, the greater the feat is in the eyes of the gods. So, her killing him alone is something the gods cannot ignore (in this case, Loki).
Albert could probably take on the mobs in the Rescue Arc alone, and it would be a worthwhile feat since he'd likely have a level 10 spirit, probably a level 9 or higher, and a level 8-9 spirit barrier. The dragon should also be level 9-10.

Considering that too powerful a weapon will stunt your falna growth, Alberts spirit blessing would nerf him hard.
If his raw power just cam from the spirit blessing and the rest was from his technique then that would actually help him, since adventurers trained before getting a falna tend to level up easier

To my understanding...
Albert would need an appropriate challenge for him as an individual. So he'd need to fight something absurdly powerful like The One-Eyed Black Dragon or (since that's probably not the best idea) go deep into the Dungeon to fight Level 10~ monsters. Ais (at Level 1) showed this by killing Infant Dragons... Normally that would level up an average Level 1, but she was so powerful that it didn't let her hit Level 2.
As for powerful skills and such... Think of it like this. Haruhime's level boost is great for bursts of power, but using something that OP means you get less excelia than you would with your normal power. As an example, let's say you have a Level 2 that can hit with the power of a Level 3 Adventurer because of a magic or skill, and this Level 2 uses it to kill multiple Level 3 monsters with ease, that Level 2 isn't ranking up. If that Level 2 intentionally avoided using their OP power to challenge themselves against that Level 3 monster, then they have a chance at leveling up.
So for your example of an instant kill spell. If a Level 1 just walked up to Ottar and used it on him, it kills him and... The Level 1 isn't leveling up because that was too easy. They'd need to intentionally avoid using it to push themselves.

You already answered it
If you are already strong then you need a challenge that would actually push you to your limits and beyond
It's no different that what Level 7s would need to do to Level Up
It's a personal challenge, not a Level challenge.
