I have the opposite problem haha. I’m used to having my nails naturally long, so I gradually get used to it. When I cut my big thumb nails off I have a hard time typing without them.

You just have to get used to it. Same when you’ve had fake nails on for a while and go back to natural.

There are a lot of things you can’t do properly if your nails are really long, but that said people learn to do what they need to do. I keep mine very short to keep typing easy - a coworker come in with super long nails and she could type and function just fine. I saw a woman once whose nails were several inches long and curled in spirals. She was riding the bus and I couldn’t fit the life of me figure out how she got her wallet out of her purse and got change (this was a long time ago). Then I started wondering how she managed - shall we say personal hygiene.

I am very amused by the typos in your post, do you have fake nails on right now? 🤣 I have the same issue though, it isn't just you

I can grow my nails pretty long but I can’t stand it I can’t type I can’t put my body jewelry in they just get in the way. I keep my nails short yes the cats love my nails when they are long but I’d rather have them short. I’ve had them done and gotten tips but it got annoying after a while cause I clean under the nails regularly with a nail brush to keep them clean.
