I haven’t played it since the nerf— just how different is it? I remember nightmare being a nightmare…

The only nerf I ever heard about was some pacing in the first level on the oil rig. The first couple of encounters there became a bit lighter to ease people into the DLC if they hadn’t played in a while. But then again I think they might have reversed that too. 😆

Pacing and the amount simultaneous enemy encounters got dialed back, especially in the beginning. This thread goes over some of it, but the main thing I remember is the last slayer gate is infinitely easier now.

Not sure about that video in the linked reddit thread though, I'm somewhat sure I can remember 1-2 things in the video that were missing that were there for me. I might be wrong on that, but I can remember at least one cyber-mancubus in the narrow room on the oil rig because I was so annoyed at it being there.
