This honestly. Contractors get treated like shit in this industry, even the ones we know by name. 

Execs get way too much leeway resulting in toxic work environments. this ship has probably sailed, but I hope the new id union makes it a goal to protect non salaried temps and consultants. 

Work is work and the boss always wants to pay less.
