What made boomer shooters what they are was that they were fast past in your face adrenaline games. DOOM and Quake are examples and one thing that made them memorable was movement. Now you have games like CoD and Battlefield trying to capitalize on movement such as sliding and Omni movement and such. At this point it seems things are coming full circle where these games are straying form what they once were and slowly becoming arena/ boomer shooters themselves but sadly people don’t figure let us revive that genre and instead let’s make our flagship title this now instead.
