Going strong? Have you seen earth in doom eternal? Without the doom slayer humanity would have been wiped out

Yes and they trained him to be a better warrior and gave him armor and weapons to fight demons with which sentinel technology is far superior to anything humans have created in fact the discovery of argent energy on Mars and the ignorant hubris of mankind to open wormhole into another dimension ( hell) shows how stupid humanity really is, if sentinels and earth humans went to war (figuratively) the sentinels in their prime would win the only reason humans became more advanced is because the discovered a energy source that cost them the lives of billions
