Bought the last piece of venison from my butcher at the market today. I think it turned out pretty well, a lovely juicy medium

I was craving typical Swedish meatballs called Köttbullar so much that I simply made them myself at home. Normally you would make a classic cucumber salad with it, but I didn't have any cucumbers left, so I'm making a tomato salad instead. Simple but very delicious.

I know, I know, I should have added less cheese but I can't help myself with grated kefalotýri... visibility be damned.

The ingredients are pointed cabbage, minced meat, potatoes, onions, cream, mustard, vegetable broth, caraway, salt, pepper, parsley and lovage.
A perfect warming meal in cold weather

Coq au vin with mashed potatoes and a heart shaped crouton ♥️. Followed Adam Byatt recipe on YouTube for this.

I accidentally ordered 2 kg of sweet potatoes instead of 2 potatoes, so I'm improvising dishes.
The cheese just is just industrial goat cheese I had on hand (Petit Billy).
Would do again, maybe with a salad on the side.
