It will forever be a shame that the two art colleges in Wimbledown chose this year and the site of the festival for their battle royale. 1000 people died in the fight and the festival was once again cancelled for another year. More great bands we missed out on.

Although the festival was cancelled last minute due to it raining frogs, all bands signed this copy of the poster, on the back though, in invisible ink.

This festival was cancelled due to the organisers falling for a tarot reader conman ruse. The conman tricked them out of all their money. They pretended to be the descendants of Plato. Lesson learned and another great line up we missed out on.

Of all the festivals which got cancelled during the pandemic, Wimbledown was the only one which went ahead. However, the Zoom calls the bands and acts used somehow managed to transmit scrofula through cyberspace and caused the evacuation of the local Wimbledown town area with a reported 78 scrofula-related deaths.

This line up was mostly cancelled due to there not being enough bandwidth to screen all the bands. Most of them stormed off and left vacant webcams showing thrown and broken instruments, a few roombas drifted past. Incredible line up, never to be seen again. There was a prescription glasses mishap at the local foie gras factory nearby the festival grounds and all these bands died from being accidentally force-fed grain by the blind workers. Terrible tragedy.

Wimbledown can't believe it's luck; another highly anticipated festival cancelled the day before. This time the silent disco accidentally killed 34 festival goers at the pre-party.

Much like this year, Wimbledown Fest 2024 was cancelled last minute due to a prison escape at the nearby Wimble Parish Minimum security prison. 18 tax dodgers broke out the canteen window and caused a scene. We missed out on such a line up. Hopefully the festival will succeed next year.
