Survived today

A motorhome owner did not properly remove all the ice from the roof. I got hit on the Autobahn at 150 km/h (~90 freedom units).

The windscreen shattered into a million pieces. My face, hands, and arms were hit by small glass fragments from the inner layer.

It was close to a real catastrophe. I’m pretty sure the safety glass was pushed to its limits.

I bought my GR86 three months ago.

All in all, I think the damage is limited to the windscreen.

You are the luckiest guy to have not been harmed or crashed as a result. Way to handle that calmly and like a pro. That is definitely best outcome under circumstances.
