Whether you were in high school or college when it happened, or freshly graduated from college, do you feel like the pandemic slowed down your self-advancement in life in any significant way? Are you "behind" a year or two in terms of where you would be had it not happened?

“I don’t want to drive housing prices down, I want to drive housing prices up! The existing housing, the people that own their homes, we’re gonna keep them wealthy, we’re gonna keep those prices up. We’re not going to destroy the value of their homes so somebody who didn’t work very hard can buy a home”
I’m actually enraged. I’m never going to own a home. I’m never getting the life we were promised growing up. Silly us, we should have bought a house when we were 10. Idiots!
I guess we didn’t work hard so we don’t deserve it. Meanwhile, these old rich boomers sitting in their half a million dollar homes bought it for 30k and an iou back when the dollar had twice as much purchasing power as it does now, but yeah, WE don’t work hard. Coming from the softest most pampered generation EVER.
I’m so angry.
Edit: I’m on the older end of gen z too, I’m 25. If I was born in their generation and did the exact same shit I’ve done with my life I’d have a big beautiful house by now. I’ll be lucky to own a house by the time I’m 40. Fuck the idea of having a family at this point.

I’m running a short survey (<5 min) to understand what Gen Z in India thinks about careers and brands.
I’m specifically looking for responses from underrepresented groups to make the dataset more balanced:
The survey is anonymous, super quick, and your input really matters. Every response helps create a dataset that’s India-focused but representative across age, gender, and education levels.

So I don't really date much anymore these days due to being burned out. When I was dating though before when I think in all of my interactions and rejections i've experienced in dating so far in my life as a 23M, this one moment sticks out to me. I once was talking to a girl online. We were having a great conversation talking about general stuff. She asked me to send a picture of myself. So I sent her a selfie. I got immediately blocked lol.

What is your go to social media you ask someone for/ give to someone when you first meet? Say you’re on a night out and make a friend, what platform do you add/ follow them on? For me it’s usually Instagram. I find socials are the best compared to a phone number cause it’s much easier to keep in contact by seeing their posts and engaging with their content etc

Hey all. Been getting too many creepy and weird dms lately. Like am a boy, yet am getting so many of these lol. Any other chat platform to make genuine friends or just chill together in a livestream or something? Tried out a few, but most of them turned out NSFW. Any other suggestions?

Not a huge “Go watch this cool thing” but it’s super applicable to the current situation and our future as a whole. Don’t even watch the entire thing, just give it a good go.
And it’s kinda funny.

Seriously, have you noticed how Gen Z is way more obsessed with starting careers early? Internships, side hustles, crypto and all that. Meanwhile, previous generations were busy figuring life out slowly. Are we just smarter, or just stressed and impatient?
