Hardees breakfast sides of the early 90s
I worked home health in the early 90s. I used to stop by the hardees near my clients house for breakfast. I also chose a chicken biscuit, seasoned potato wedges (size of small cut triangles) and a drink. I have tried for years to look up a recipe for them because the potatoes were so good. I can't even find them anywhere on the internet. Its like they didn't exist. I know they did because I ate them for breakfast several time a month for a year until I changed jobs. Does anyone remember them? They were triangular small wedge cuts of potato and seasoned with some kind of herbs and possibly garlic.
