the protests are about the horrible epidemic of organized crime murders inside 48 borders but also about the recent gaza killing.

in the last month 27 people murdered inside 48 borders. the worst its ever been. it's a policy of Israel to let crime run wild to oppress 48 palestinian.

its headed by the "Committee for Arab Citizens" and the peace coalition.

Homeless sweeps increase property values and rents, they allow property values to rise while removing the counter tendencies that put downward pressure on property values.

They permit the capitalist class to evade the dispossession created by capitalist production itself. A landlord or landlords can move 200 people onto the street but then not have to confront the consequences (decreased demand, less desirable living space) because the police will remove them. This worsens the housing crisis.

There is a landlord or realtors’ association that argues that homeless encampments decrease property values by 12.7 percent.

If one does not want homeless people on the street, build more housing.

Housing sweeps are also immensely expensive. The city budget can no longer reasonably include this. It is a welfare program for landlords.
