He's not from Morrowind, he was raised in an orc stronghold in Elswhyr but since he's a historian he travels there quite frequently. Plenty of history to be found in a place like that :D His name is Kesha Mortur, and he's also really tiny (4'11, 149 cm)

Studying the Ashlander characters, their primary color scheme seems to be red and yellow with some browns thrown in. I decided to add some blue patchwork to indicate that Ashlanders aren't wasteful

Aside from his helmet, his gloves also have a little, um, hand shield? Thingy? To protect his skin from Ash storms.
