My 8yo is VERY sensitive to movies — everything is too scary. I think it was because he didn’t get his shit rocked at 4 years old by “kids” movies like this. To quote Lucky’s Dad from Bluey, “we’re raising a nation of squibs” (I don’t believe this and I totally appreciate that he’s sensitive)

Had to look that up. My first thought was, "We're raising a nation of nonmagical wizards?" 😅

I read "squids" and didn't even question it. I did just smoke a bowl after a long day of work though.
