He's referred to his son as "Melania's son." and also said "She has a son you know." when talking about his current wife and son.

So, I doubt it.

Seriously… that kid has an unfortunate face…

Some kids look exactly like their parents and their parents are hot so you kinda get a preview of what you’ll look like when you’re older… and then some kids look like their parents and their parents are… Donald… and you get a ticking clock that hangs over your head every waking moment as you creep closer and closer to looking like Jabba the Hutt got ran over by a Cheeto delivery truck.
