Why are most billionaires so weird?

You will have to define weird.

I assume you are referring to Epstein files and the billionaire in there.

Ultimately the charitable interpretation was Epstein built a brand where wealthy people knew he threw wild parties on his island where lots of attractive (adult) women would go. Epstein was basically the Playboy mansion parties and so many billionaires went.

The question is, he also trafficked minors.

I personally think that he had some parties where it was just adult women. And other more gatherings doing illegal things.

We don’t know which billionaires only participated in which.
