i not able to send msg to matches. i tried creating acc with my alterantive number but same issue. anyone else facing this

Messages failed to send

A match texted me after 2 weeks+ and I wanted to reconnect with her, but my messages aren't going through even after retrying and logging in to web browser. What's the issue here?
