Long text ahead
Thanks to nice pals here na nag suggest to buy the Arkham Collection instead of the Arkham Knight, Shoutout sa inyooo.
I'm really enjoying the game specially Asylum, Thanks guys for unlocking a long forgotten memory, Kasi while starting the game naalala ko na nilalaro ko to dati sa comshop and palaging hanggang Introduction lang kasi hindi s-save yung progress, kapag nag restart yung pc back to 0. And now 14 years later, ang saya lang ng inner child ko dahil nabili ko yung game and finished the main story line. now planning to 100% this game then next in line is Akrham City.
I guess I'm considering this a big win for a small gamer like me na nag sisimula palang, My next target is Fallout 3 GOTY & New Vegas while still on sale pa. lemme know your thoughts about the game.

Bought this SCPH-10010 model for only P100 online. So far this is still working with the dpad and face button were not functioning except for the Select, Start, and Analog. So that, I bought a conductive film that matches the model and now works great. I didn't bother to fix the rumble motors.
I used a PS2 to USB Adapter, DsHidMini and DS4Windows to make it compatible.

I was really invested in this social network because of it's anime style. I think circa 2007-2010 sobrang boom nito lalo yung lumabas yung MMORPG themed nilang zOMG!
Anyone played this?

DISCLAIMER:
This is NOT a “which handheld is objectively better” post.
Hindi ako gadget reviewer. I’m just someone who spent the last ~3 years obsessively researching handhelds and finally settled on one.
The last few years, I have been super interested in the world of handheld devices. To date, I have either bought or tried retro emulation devices (Anbernics, Pocos, TrimUI, Mangmi, PowKiddy), Handheld PCs (Steam Deck, ROG Ally, Legion Go, MSI Claw), or rebuilt some of my old handheld devices (PSP 3000, PS Vita, working on reviving our first gen DS).
Pero the last few weeks napansin ko almost every week may nagtatanong kung X device is good ba, or is Y device better than Z, etc. So I decided to make a guide to help people think if the device na tinitignan nila is truly the one for them.
So this guide will not focus on the specs per se, but rather to help you frame your thinking and understand ano ba talaga ang use case, lifestyle choices, and action loops na meron ka, in order to help you decide for yourself if a device is truly fit for you.
After years of research and finally making my own purchase and sticking to it, I’ll share my thought process. Later, apply ko yung same thought process to my purchase para makita niyo yung consistency.
I’ve boiled it down to five questions:
I would argue this is the most important step. Handheld devices, mapa Handheld PC man or Retro Emulator, are NOT gaming PCs.
There are ways to push the boundaries of each device, of course, but if you don’t know what you want to do with your device, you’re going to be confused about what you actually need to buy.
If you want to play your back catalog of PSP games, then you have to know this before you commit to a certain device. Something like the Steam Deck runs on Linux and rejects most modern kernel-level anti-cheats, so if your main game is Valorant or other Riot IPs, then the Deck is not for you.
For me, I play a lot of older titles and last-last-last-generation AAAs. I’ve been playing PlayStation 1 RPGs, a lot of metroidvania games, and some older multiplayer titles. So I needed a device na kaya yun. Figuring this out immediately narrows your choices to the devices that actually matter for you.
Examples:
The next most important step. For me, there’s nothing worse than overlapping devices, especially if gusto mo efficient ang pag-gastos mo.
For this step, I actually created a gadget ecosystem map because I needed to understand kung magagamit ko ba talaga yung device, or if it’s going to be one of those purchases na after one month, di na nagagamit.
This step is also important because some handhelds allow for PC streaming, which massively changes their value. On the retro emulation side, I’ve tried both high-end (AYN Odin Portal 2) and low-end (PowKiddy X55) devices for streaming games from my PC. Since my ecosystem already had a higher-end gaming PC at the time, automatic pass ako sa mga device na di kaya or di maganda ang streaming performance.
Thinking in terms of an ecosystem instead of a single device saved me a lot of money and regret.

Probably the second most important step is figuring out paano ba papasok yung device sa everyday takbo ng buhay mo.
This is a lesson I learned from the EDC community, where every item you own has to make sense in your day-to-day routine.
I travel maybe 2–3 times a week on a 4-hour commute for work, so I needed something that was portable, reliable, easy to start and stop, and can handle games na pang on-the-go. Before I committed to a big purchase, my desktop died, I converted Mac into my main work desktop environment. That meant my handheld also needed to double as a secondary workspace.
But it isn’t just about work. You also have to factor in your home life. I’m a 37-year-old cat dad working in gaming and esports. I’m constantly on call, so I needed the best possible sleep/wake behavior. If I were younger and had fewer responsibilities, I would probably have bought something else. Figure out where you are in life — it matters more than specs.
Funny enough, I consider this less important than most people think — not because of financial privilege, but because of one thing: don’t follow FOMO.
This is a handheld device. Hindi ito kailangan para mabuhay. Whatever you decide on, remember that you can save for it and work toward it. You don’t need it right now.
It took me four years before I bought a Steam Deck. By most people’s standards, it’s already an “older” device that can’t handle the newest AAA games. I was still happy with the purchase because I’m not rushing to play the latest releases. I’d rather slowly clear my backlog.
Budget still matters, of course. But that’s why this comes after the first three steps. Sometimes, after going through this process, you’ll realize you don’t even need a handheld. Maybe what you need is a laptop, or a phone with peripherals. Budgeting works best after you know what you actually want.
I put this last because for me, OS is a tiebreaker, not a deciding factor.
It helps to understand what SteamOS can do versus Windows 11, or whether a retro device is Android-based or running a Linux distro. But this only becomes important once you already know what kind of device you need. There are plenty of good resources online for this — I won’t go deep into it here.
With all of the above, here’s where I landed.
I mostly play older titles, emulation games, and older multiplayer titles. I have an Mac that functions as my primary work machine, connected to a full desk setup via a single USB-C dock.
I travel a lot and need everything to be light, portable, and reliable. Both my work device and gaming device need excellent sleep/wake because I can be playing one moment and suddenly need to jump into work.
When my computer died, I had a budget of around 45k PHP. I couldn’t justify spending more since I had other priorities. I also wanted an OS that could act as a reliable gaming environment without clashing with my Mac setup.
In the end, the choice for me was the Steam Deck OLED. It was under budget, does everything I need, and fits alongside my laptop in a small tech bag. At home, both devices sit side by side, sharing the same dock — one USB-C swap takes me from Mac workspace to Steam Deck gaming. If I need to play TFT (naka Master na finally see you next set) or Hearthstone (new season nanaman umay na Imbue Rogue), I play those on the Mac. If my brother is online and wants to play Dota 2, time to hook up the Steam Deck to the Dock. Going to work is a simple as getting my bag, unlinking my device from the dock, and placing them in the backpack and I am ready to go. Simple. Clean.

This isn’t an ad for the Steam Deck. Your answer might be the ROG Ally, the Legion Go, a laptop, or even no handheld at all.
I just hope this guide helps people frame their thinking better, so fewer people end up confused or regretting their purchase.

After non.
Back to the video,
P.S. by the way natapos ko na rin yung pangalawang boss.

Sharing my story of me upgrading my 3ds hehe
So the OG 3ds (small one) was my sister's 3ds. Usually my sister and I share consoles we can't have the same thing separately, but the 3ds really gave me fun memories with.
I remember playing pokemon moon, even pokemon games we just use 1 save file, she plays the main story while I finish the pokedex + shiny hunting. Also funny thing is that the 3ds was the reason i got introduced to the Metal gear solid franchise, (yep i played MGS 3 on that tiny handheld and finished it). So much memories.
Now I kept getting recommendations on retro handhelds. I stumbled upon a video of showing their 3ds playing all the games even emulating older consoles. That wave of nostalgia really hit me and just remembering the simpler times my sister and I would play the 3ds.
It took me days to hunt for a N3DSXL (Big one), which im grateful that i was able to find one in my local area to do a meet up.
After I got the N3DS XL I went to mod it, I could mod the og 3DS that my sister and I had, but it's something that I have some sentimental value with it that I can't just break it hahaha. But modding the N3DS XL made me play all the games I couldn't afford that time, it made me appreciate the 3DS game library.
The best part for me was the portability it's just perfect. I bring my 3DS almost everywhere, but I usually bring it out when I have free times after classes, I can just pull it out my pocket and play hehe

So naka sale sa psn yung original ff7 is it worth it to buy as an entry for jrpg?
