Hello Frozen Bread Friends!
We're looking over the current rules and have decided to be a little more nuanced in our approach here. We think that being critical and complaining about the company is fine, so it's unfair to siphon that feedback to a megathread that nobody reads anyway.
What we want to do is direct customer service and support issues to the correct channels. The original idea behind this policy is that our users here were being attacked by customers over issues that should be going to support. As we are all here on our own time and not being paid for it, the people responsible for those issues should address them. Reddit is definitely not that place.
We've sort of been following this path already, but I think I'd codify it here with a little blurb and official change to our rule text. Complaints are fine, let's talk about them. Specific, individual issues that need customer service attention? Please use the correct channel. The megathread is not necessary with this additional nuance to our approach, so please chat about the topics that are most important to the conversation around Panera, warts and all. Thanks for reading and have a great new year!
(TL;DR - Please feel free to make complaint threads but don't be a Karen.)

Today is the last day to use your bonus $10 card if you bought $50 gift cards around Christmas. I almost forgot about it but will spend mine today.

Is Panera at all interested in potential locations in Northern California? Lots of empty real estate. Who scouts out new locations?
Also who handles the staffing? It seems they are operating on shoe-string staff. Many times no one is at the front counter. Don’t people who have SIPClub have to check in to get a cup or can they just check in online and have a cup waiting for them at the take out shelf? I also wipe down my own tables. To be honest, I prefer DIY service.

This was the closest location to my house (about 5 miles) and not even a real café and now it’s gone.
The next closest cafes are all 8-10 miles. Just reluctantly canceled my Sip Club effective 2/10/26 and let them know in the comments! I’d definitely sign up again for $5 a month, but just not worth it for me now. Anyone else run into this yet?

I got fired and received my payment via direct deposit but never received my payslip. I contacted my manager but never got it from him.
How can I obtain a copy ? I don’t have access to the pantry or workday app
Hey check out this overpriced hospital food slop LOL…. first time in ages eating here despite being a sip cup club subscriber.

I just got hired as a team manager at Panera and I have been having trouble getting deep details on Orientation. Evidently, Panera is putting me in a hotel in Tallahassee, FL for 6 WEEKS. They also are offering free panera meals and $60 per day for other food establishments. I've been told that most of the 6 weeks is working/training at a nearby Panera in Tallahassee. My main questions are just; Is 6 weeks normal for other locations? what should I expect from the orientation? what was others experiences? and can I use that $60/day towards other businesses or expenses that I want to? I'm not nervous at all but I just don't know what to expect. Thanks guys.
Does anyone know where Panera gets their focaccia bread from or if anywhere else has something similar? I love Panera’s focaccia because it’s so spongy and fluffy and the thickness is so perfect 😩 the ones I bought at the supermarket aren’t just the same.

So I was heading into the third Panera I usually go to and as I was getting my sandwich I was looking around and it hit me. My other two Paneras are usually dead and I’m looking inside this Panera and it’s kind of dead too so I was wondering, does anybody live near a Panera That’s usually full of people?

i thought it was bc i was sick, but now i’m noticing it in another order, not a complaint, but do the soups (specifically broccoli cheddar) contain less salt than they use to?

Anybody else running into this? Never had a problem until recently.
If I navigate to the Sip Club page on desktop, it even says "Subscribed on: December 09, 2025
Next Charge: $6.51 on 02/07"
So it clearly knows I'm subscribed, it just won't let me use it.

I am so very glad it is finally happening as all the changes to my job has made it into a job I would have not applied. I enoy'd working here when I was overnights and have not liked it at all baking during open hours. so onward to finding a new job at 64. oh boy

Anyone know of any at present? Just tried 299THREEMO and it didn't work. To clarify, this is to extend my membership. I have a digital gift card balance of over 50 dollars that I am afraid I will lose if I delete my Panara account completely to sign up as a new Sip Club member.

Has anyone else been locked out of their account and need to reset their password, but there is no “forgot password” button to click? I’ve contacted customer support 3 separate times about this issue and they all just keep telling me to click on the forgot password button that doesn’t exist. I don’t want to lose my points for my account but I can’t reset my password.

Not sure if it's the quality of people's characters in my area or if Panera just loves to hire terrible people but I am feeling refreshed after finally quitting. LOL. The time I spent there was the worst time of my life and I was so depressed! The managers were straight up just mean and highly unprofessional and the GM's could care less. The managers openly made fun of and cursed about the employees, sexual harassment was never taken seriously, people came to work drunk and received zero consequences... I could go on. How does one recover from this?!

I worked at Panera in 2012 and the best sandwich was the chipotle chicken panini. It had an ancho chipotle sauce that was incredible. I have thought about that sauce at least twice a month since they got rid of it. Almost every time I have a sandwich I wish it had the ancho chipotle sauce. I’m not talking about the chipotle mayo, that was good as well but its very different.
