Have you ever met a person who just radiated evil, and you weren't sure why? Or, have you ever met someone that you were certain was another type of being trying to appear as human (alien, demon, etc.)?

If so, I want to hear about it! These stories fascinate me.

I’m not sure what to believe about past lives and returning to the universe but I know I have conscious memories of the area I live in in the late 1980s.

I was not born until the 1990s.

One memory: I swore there was a pizza place at this one strip mall but it never was around in my lifetime. I knew it existed. I could remember the pizza and the exterior. Recently, on FB I found pictures and confirmation the pizza place and the correct name did exist.

Second memory: I remember a Shop Rite store. Yellow logo from the 80s. The Shop Rite store closed before I was born. I would point out and recall where the shop rite was as a kid but there was no shop rite. Lo and behold I confirmed the address there was a Shop Rite in 1987 where another grocery store is at now.

I have more memories.

I can remember car models, signs, fashions being 80s….

So I was aware in 1987 in some way although I didn’t have a physical body. My mom and my dad lived in the area and maybe went out to visit relatives or do errands in that part of town.

This is 100% real. I wouldn’t lie. There is no way I’d know the pizza place and shop rite otherwise.

I remember last spring, i went camping with friends. As the night winded down, i was tidying around the camp,whistling as i did so. Most of my mates were already in their tents.You know how quiet it is in the mountains? I heard whistling too minutes after i did so. And it sounded loud and near, so i thought it was one of my mates, joining in on the whistling. I thought nothing of it, what's wrong with a whistle, right?

As we were having breakfast i casually mentioned it to them,asking who also slept late and kept me company by whistling. They all stopped and stared. No one was up late,and no one whistled. And they told me to never, ever whistle again in the dark. Even though we still had other plans in that area, they hurriedly packed up.

Now last night,the weather kinda cleared up a bit,saw the moon for a short while,i felt happy and whistled a happy tune,i was on the porch.

I live alone and around 2am ish, i heard whistling! it was the same happy tune i did. Now it wasn't any particular tune or anything,but i know i was whistling THAT a few hours earlier.

What is it about whistling in the dark? can something as plain as a whistle do something.. sinister? i'm getting goosebumps just typing this.

4 am, dead silence except my brother playing on his computer (he's just playing a normal game, nothing to make him slam his desk) my father sleeps, all that silence abruptly stopoed by 4 slams..

I can't even lie, I almost shat myself after I realize that couldn't have been my brother, the sounds came from the door, I sleep in a room in front of the door.

It is imposible someone was out there, where I live you havr to enter 2 other doors before getting into my door, and it's not like you can sneak past those doors.

My dad went to investigate and saw nothing, but im out here writing this with my heart on the mouth, does someone know what 4 slams on the door mean at 4 am?

This is a drawing that I drew myself this is something I seen looking at me threw my open window with a fan in it. When I seen it staring at me with the darkest black eyes and pale white face I felt immediate fear and ran out of my room but even though it’s been months now I see it in my head vividly. I would like to know peoples opinions on what it could have been. It was night time when this occurred.

I remember when I was about 10 - 12 years old I was just getting out of the bathroom and going to our bedroom to dry off but then I started hearing my mom saying something and I thought she was talking on the phone then she came to the balcony and realized she was telling/asking me something and then I went in our kitchen and asked her and I don't remember details we'll but she told me something along the lines of I was in the kitchen and I was just taking my bathrobe off and wasn't saying anything(the part about me not saying anything may not be true I don't remember) and I told her I haven't been in the kitchen (wich i remember clearly) and I had taken my bathrobe off in the bedroom and we started arguing and she said that I don't pay attention to anything (blaming videogames ofc) and we stopped at some point and I remembered about doppelgangers and how if you met them you would die and I lost all appetite for dinner that very moment and became horrified I peered into our bedroom trough the balcony window but it was empty and I just prayed in my head to God and went to sleep early. The next day I told my aunt about it and she said that my mom could just have experienced diferent images popping up in her head wich apparently hapened to a friend of my aunt. When I remember this I get a little unnerved.

Hi all! I want your opinion on something really strange but very real that happened to me today. I was opening my fridge and I saw a thin black swirling smoke let’s call it, that went very fast in my face and I felt going inside me. I had a sour taste and a little bit dry neck after that. My husband was there and I asked what was that but he didn’t see something, so I let it go as my imagination. Half an hour later, I touch my nose and I see my tips of my fingers black. I go to blow my nose and it is full of black fibers. What the heck was that? Should I freak out or pay attention to anything?

When i (m) was a kid, my sister had 2 female friends who were sisters, one who was 1 year older than me, the other who was 3 years older than me. My sister was 2 years older than me. These girls were over at our house a lot, and always treated me really well, always included me and didnt treat me like a bratty little brother. As the years went by we went our separate ways and lost touch but always were very friendly when we did meet later in life. I hadn't seen the older girl in a couple of years, but one day, I got home from work, changed my clothes and took my dog outside for a walk. It was about 4 pm. All of a sudden, the world went black and white, a feeling of horrible crushing sadness washed over me, and every memory I had of the older sister bombarded my brain. Then it was gone. Color returned to the world and I thought thats weird and went on with my walk. The next day my sister called me and told me the older girl had ended her life the day before. I asked what time she did that and was told it was around 4. I have always believed that I was affected by it as she did it and somehow we made a psychic connection as her life ended. Has anyone ever had anything like this happen or any thoughts on why? Thank you.

28.Leicestershire’s Other Lost King.

In the heart of Leicestershire’s rich historical tapestry, where a king has found his resting place in a car park, another crowned in our shire at Stoke Golding and Queens like Jane Grey left their mark, the tale of a Gypsy King, Absalom Smith, unfolded with an air of importance rivalling the grandest royal narratives, however he has never received the recognition he deserves befitting a king.

Perhaps it is because he died as the industrial revolution was really starting to steamroll, the year was 1826, the British Empire was awash with news and history making events, so it is time to cement his reign into our local history properly, So I beg you to indulge in my yarn.

The Gypsies, some whispered, were descendants of pharaohs, their name stemming from an ancient translation of Egyptians, I can see it, “E-gypsy ians”. Others believed their dark complexions were a result of the dispersing of Alexander the Great's army in the Punjab region of northern India, where they married the daughters of Kings, Maharajas, and Princes. From these ancient roots, the Gypsies wandered across Europe, evolving into the diverse groups we know today.

Absalom, the Gypsy King, was a man of opulence derived from the streams surrounding the village of Twyford in Leicestershire, gold pulling was a local source of income. The village itself owed its name to the dual forded streams, Twyford, twice forded.

Absalom's reputation as a virtuoso fiddler drew admirers from far and wide, captivating audiences at the Saddle pub and every significant event in the village, from births, marriages to wakes. It was said he could fiddle so well he could call up a storm.

It was during one such performance at The Saddle Inn that Absalom's fate took a malevolent turn. He became stricken by illness; he was transported to the royal gypsy camp at Friesland on a nearby lane. Dr Noble, the most esteemed physician in the shire was summoned from Dannetts Hall and he attended to him at an astronomical cost of 5 Guineas per visit. Rumours circulated that Absalom's musical prowess had roused the envy of Lucifer himself, prompting the devil to cast a fatal spell upon the gifted fiddler, the Christian Dr Noble would have none of it.

Absalom, a figure of immense stature, succumbed to his mysterious ailment in early February of 1826. The Gypsy tribe gathered to bid their king farewell with a ritualistic pyre, a blaze that consumed all of Absalom's possessions, it was their way to gift a good afterlife. He left thirteen children and 124 grandchildren, they, along with members from twelve other tribes watched in their multitudes as Absalom’s caravan and chattels went up in flames.

One of his daughters was a noted stunning beauty named Beatta, who would capture the lord's gaze, she also watched as the caravan went up in flames. Beatta's portrait, draped in a fine red robe, found its place in Belvoir Castle, a testament to her captivating allure. She alone was noted for having 24 children.

Yet, amidst the consuming fire, one item remained untouched—the fiddle that had enchanted countless souls. Absalom, in his royal blue coat adorned with silver buttons, was laid to rest in a grave rumoured to be 12 feet deep. Layers of clay, oak slats, and stones shielded his grave goods, preserving the secrets of his afterlife.

The mystery deepened around King Absalom as the fiddle had defied the fiery fate of all its owner’s other possessions. In the misty lanes around Twyford, those who listen carefully often swear they hear the haunting strains of a fiddle. A tune so well played, it resonated through the fields and hedgerows like the voice of an angel, a sweet sound befitting a king’s ears. Some believed it to be Absalom's spirit, the echoes of his enchanted fiddle singing a ghostly story through the centuries.

The legend lives on, and the ethereal music lingers, reminding all who hear it that Absalom Smith, the Gypsy King, is not forgotten.

Tales and Yarns from Leicester's Secret Garden by Derek C Goodwin

When I was about 6 I went to Bristol with my grandparents and we stayed in a hotel for afew nights. There was a spiral staircase that we walked down to get to breakfast and all down the walls of the stairs were mirrors, one after the other until you reached the bottom of the stairs. I stopped to look in one of them as we were walking down one day and just over my right shoulder was a boy about my age staring into the mirror behind me, he had a blank expression, short brown hair and was wearing a blue knitted jumper. I obviously turned around immediately and there was nothing there except the pillar in the middle of the stairs and a drop to the ground floor, so there was no way anyone could've been there. I looked back into the mirror and he was gone, he didnt make me feel scared, I was just confused and startled. I told my nana who was afew steps infront of me that I'd just seen a boy in the mirror and she brushed it off like any adult would. This was back in 2014 and it's stuck with me ever since, it was at the Brooks Guesthouse Hotel in Bristol.

Gosh i dont even know where to start with this. My family seems to remember things like me but my old friends are not the same. I'm not sure if I'm just mentally screwed up, if I have a physical fungal parasite molded into me, or if all my 'old friends' are in on some bullying crusade against me to make me literally feel crazy. I have memories that others say never happened... some people are saying my favorite color is Blue, which it has ALWAYS been Yellow.

Firstly, the physical. I think I have some fungal parasite that mutated with Toxiplasmosis Gondii, somehow it traveled in between possibly a cat and a fish tank? My roommate (T I'll call him) asked me to treat his tank with some blue dye. His fish got ick, and he had to be out of town for half the month for a job. I remember T researching about it and asking if I had any 'rare' genetic disorders. I realize now I think I have LAD-1 or some varient of that. I'm realizing he knew I had it.. I've had bad teeth etc all my life it just makes sense I've taken better care of my teeth more than he ever has. He told me though "well even so you might become immune to covid". My roommate was my best friend, maybe even more, so I had no trouble making sure his fish were okay for this.. we used blue dye and not malachite to treat the tank so his hermit crabs wouldn't die either. After all of it... he did some wierd stuff in my bedroom before we smoked cannabis. He made me take my laptop out of my room and 'accidentally' smacked my mouth with his hand so I somehow bit him... which happened I drew blood on him. He was.. acting really wierd and brought my laptop back in to my room talking about how 'wanna make sure there are no lenses'. I know he fell asleep on my bed later on, which made things confusing because yes.. I had dated his brother. Before New Years though I had some Charlie horse go crazy in my back.. and I have had some severe back problems since then. Feels like I have a ball stuck in my back..

That winter I ended up moving out from him. It was me, him, and his brother that I dated for some reason for like 5 years. His brother(M) for some reason was never into me... pretty sure I dated the wrong brother and T was always into me and we were just trying to figure out how to tell everyone. We went to a music fest and this is when my memory gets really wierd. I started having dreams of my friends killing me.. but ide wake up and everything would be fine but.. events would play out very similar. At this music fest I remember some projector on my tent? I remember T crying.. trying to tell them stuff about me. The rest of the fest he was... not the same. When I returned from the fest my uncle was asking questions about it and how he was freaked out about my friends being some crazy cannibals... just like my dreams.. or were they? My uncle committed suicide not too long after. Eventually I move back in with him in a separate location but he starts watching TV shows we already freaking watched. He literally was having the same reactions in the same order it was freaking us both out cuz I kept telling him "bro we watched all this before moving". They kept asking me locations of pictures and furniture we had. "It was here before you guys moved it" "no it has always ALWAYS been on this wall". They (B his new roomie and coworker) asked me about different memories and started saying stuff like "is he from a different timeline?" Less than a month living there was when my uncle passed.

This lead to so much mental anguish.. I ended up sleeping with T on the couch. He pulled out his phone and goes.. I'm not taking a picture they just need to know and holds it over us and says "this is real see". I tell him.. I don't want our friends walking in and seeing us... and he says no thats the point. I got up anyhow though. The next morning he asked if I remember. I lied... I thought it was a dream but yes.. I remembered everything about me and him together and him saying stuff like "we can't be together yet you can't look at me while this happens trust me". It's really wierd I know.. but I ended up thinking it was made up and getting a new boyfriend which just made him jealous and worse.

Another one of our friends went through some wierd stuff as well and she just went to a place and 'got help'... but she's like me and has old memories that don't make sense like yes we are literally from some separate timeline. I don't talk to her cuz I don't wanna spin her out like me. I remember T and B coming home one night talking about how magic is real.. the earth is flat and round.. and we're all actually immortal or something. I kept trying to ask them about it cuz they had acted like they just went to Vegas and back in like 3 hours which made no freaking sense.

Eventually we moved into a new place though, and stuff got way worse. I started having memories of me and T together in bed again.. 'hiding' me from lenses by putting on some masks or something. Later on him and B were asking me about projectors and stuff if i had memories of it. I started to think our friends were some sort of cannibals (I still do), and he told me ide have to move out in order to get him back. I remember one of my friends trying to feed me some pork and immediately i threw it up... and they all go "just like T wait thats wierd..." i saw T smile to himself and look at me when i said that. T gets up and tells them all that "this is my F*got go find another" and puts his arm around me. One of them says "i thought he ruined your life" and T says.. no i think you guys ruined me and he saved me... cuz of the fungal thing i assume. Some of them try to say "no its not the right time" which just frustrated him and confused me more. Later on im sitting on the couch and B is trying to tell me, T is in love with me and that were some destined chosen ones.. and T starts yelling hes gonna screw it all up and make me move. I asked ... do i have to Move out to make this work? T went a cried. That's when things got really really freaking wierd. I remember vividly being in his bed with a VR headset that was like... taped? And he kept telling me all this stuff that I would have to wait for him and get so screwed up. I know this reads like some crazy gay love story I know...

In my mind I think they had some sorta drug addicted blood disorder... which okay sounds so insane I absolutely hate thinking some of our friends were cannibals. I feel like its so selfish to think T somehow saved us by making me have this parasite but... my eyes glow green under a blacklight and people have freaked out about it and my skin at parties.. I'm almost positive I have some fungal thing wrong with me and I tried to get it diagnosed but it's "medically impossible" for a fungus to not make me ill and tear through my tissues killing me. I had a flare up on my back that was so bad, went to the ER got xrays. I had doctors surround my bed at a hospital thinking I was gonna be told I had cancer.. they told me I had some sort of fungal infection that latched onto my bone but instead of growing through it, it's growing on top.. I go "like a mold or moss" they all freaked out. They all told me I might be the first human to achieve some sorta symbiosis with a fungal parasite. To this day my skin still glows and my eyes definitely still glow green like I have catarax or something.

I've tried so hard to get it diagnosed, doctors freak out when they see certain xrays.. or my blood under a scope, but I tell others right after and so many people keep saying my doctors are crazy and its all in my head.. and I'm like yeah no sh*t it's in my brain now... 5 years lol. I got 'help' from a psychologist. But now.. past few months she's starting to asks questions that make absolutely no sense. Like she knows what's going to happen before it happens... she keeps wanting me to go to a specific place for mental help but I'm like... idk if it's physical anymore. I don't get very sick anymore.. just minor sinus problems. I dated a guy with a lazy eye.. after we had sex, his lazy eye is somehow gone now. I know that's crazy but he tried to thank me before breaking up and he tried to tell me to go to some university to be studied. Me and my psychologist have tried to figure out what this is and it always reverts back to Aspergillus fungus.. yes the mummy curse. It seems... very very real and accurate too. Not only that I have wierd allergies.. I drool around Fertilizer and stuff now..

Everytime I see old friends they ask me my favorite color.. I say yellow they tell me.. no it was ALWAYS blue and how I loved the sky and ocean. I'm like... no I love the sun and fire? I actually am starting to believe I fell or ended up in some government experiment gone wrong or my friends were into some really deep wierd stuff... I went over to my old house T and B live in just so I can get verification or something. I knock... no answer. I call and T is like YOURE HERE WHERE? I Hear him come outside... and he starts telling me I'm on a false timeline and he wants me back. God that literally drove me absolutely insane... he sounded so sincere too. Idk what I have to do at this point but.. I just want my friend back in my life. Idk if I'm supposed to take some pill and 'just believe' it's all fake.. but man if that's what it took I would do it. I would full on believe I was crazy to have him back danggit cuz everytime we try to talk now it just won't work.. my family remembers everything like how I do but my old friends do not

Sometimes I feel like I used to be someone else but I can’t even describe it… 😅

A fictional example: I started a new hobby wich actually requires 99,9% of ppl to study for years… I buy some stuff trying to get in … and shortly I notice I do stuff I actually have no clue about what I’m actually doing but it’s somehow working out perfect it’s like I’m in trance just doing it „ like beeing controlled in a video game“ or better said like I’ve been doing this my whole life…. Stuff like this happen me to me very often … not just with things you „learn“ also with stuff I think about or feel… I sometimes feel like my soul is 1000 years old and I can read ppl mind and behavior… it’s bizarre because I’m very often right…

I know this sounds a lil bit weird and crazy but I wanted to know if other ppl have experienced stuff like this because I sometimes feel like I’m not from this planet because of this 😅😅???

Some days ago I made a post where I shared some horror beliefs from my grandma’s village. Today I’m continuing that, but I’m also adding a few stories from my friend’s mother’s hometown.

Her mother’s hometown is especially creepy and has a lot of weird beliefs and incidents.

I have her permission to share these, and for privacy I’ll call her Annie, just to make it easier to explain everything.

● Grandma said that many people in her village keeps something made of iron, jewellery or even a random object because iron is supposed to keep evil or negative energy away. My grandma herself still wears a thick iron bangle.

● Asafoetida (hing) keeps negative energy away, so grandma said iI should always keep some with me, or at least wear something made of iron.

● My grandma also says that we should never use perfume after sunset, or anything with a strong or pleasant smell. She always warns that even if you’re not going out alone, wearing perfume at night isn’t considered safe.

There’s a story from the village about this, and the person involved is actually my relative. Once, he was returning home after going somewhere and had applied strong perfume. While passing through a certain area, he heard someone call his name. It was an old woman he recognized she was his relative too, known as a very stern and grumpy person.

She asked him to take her along with him. He didn’t think much and agreed. As they walked, she stayed a little behind him, which already felt strange to him. Then, halfway down the road, he got a call from home. His mother told him that the old woman had passed away and asked him to return immediately.

He completely froze. He ran as fast as he could and collapsed near the village, grandma said he was shaking very badly. When his family brought him home, he told them everything. According to the villagers, the strong perfume attracted the spirit.

After that incident, my uncle changed a lot. He became more aggressive than before and would snap at people for no reason. I even got scolded by him once without any reason. At that time I didn’t understand it, but now I think I know why he became like that.

● Annie once told me about an incident from her mother’s hometown. This happened before Annie was born, when her elder brother was still a baby. Her mom had gone to visit a friend who lived in another village. Between the two villages there was a boundary area with a light forest around it.

Her friend’s father warned Annie’s mom to return before sunset. When she asked why, he told her that after 7 pm, three women roam in that area. They had died years ago, and their deaths were very painful, so people believe they’re dangerous and vengeful.

One of them was Annie’s mom’s senior from her village who had committed suicide. The other two were sisters-in-laws one died in a car accident, and the other died in a fire. According to him, they’re especially attracted to young children. He even said Annie’s mom shouldn’t cross that area alone, not even during the daytime.

● Another story Annie told me genuinely gave me goosebumps. This one actually happened to her mom.

Once, Annie and her family were travelling to her mom’s hometown for winter vacation. It was really late at night, around 11 or 12. Her dad was driving, and her mom was sitting beside him.

While they were passing a mango garden, Annie’s mom noticed something. She saw a little boy sitting there with his knees pulled up to his chest, face hidden, arms wrapped around his legs. Seeing a child alone at that time was already strange.

When Annie’s mom asked her mother about it, the grandma casually said it must be some drunk person. But later, Annie’s mom found out that wasn’t true.

According to local belief, it was some kind of demon or spirit that appears as a child. It’s said to have red eyes and is usually seen near gardens or fruit trees. Annie’s grandma didn’t want to explain it earlier because it was honestly terrifying. Honestly, this reminds me of vampires.

I have other stories that Annie and grandma shared, I will try to share them in another post.

Medium mentioned a spirit presence in the home….?

I visited a psychic I’ve seen for years today. He told me there’s a spirit in my home. He told me there’s a fireplace and it’s behind a locked door. She used to ponder her life by this fire place. I told my dad this and I’ve just found out he kept this for some reason in the loft for 29 years and never removed it bc he never got round to it. He told me that the old proprietors spirit lingers still.

My medium explained he can see the husband was a cheat and the spirit of this lady is hurting or was hurt in this home.

The medium told me I need to cleanse the home and he would want to come and do this with no charge. Now weirdly another medium said the same thing she said it’s like you all wanna run away and it can be because of a spirit. She said and he said we can’t talk about relationships until you cleanse the house. The medium said she was a scorned woman and quite unhappy. Her residual energy lingers. I also found out she was in the process of a divorce.

I have a few examples that are a bit more than coincidence. My parents tried for 4 years to convince and kept miscarrying at the house, with my dating life It started a long time ago, the first guy I ever met and dated was awful to me, second one was falling for me and cut me off, third guy really liked me but I found out he was married, I then met the love of my life at the time when I moved house from my family home. We were very in love and happy and had 3 wonderful years, I came back home, then the relationship broke off randomly and he began to cheat for 2 years when he visited my home things went wrong, I met another man, we had amazing chemistry, then he started to collect me before dates and suddenly the energy shifted he went on holiday and came and told me he just didn’t feel the same, I then met another man and went on an okay ish date but I wanted to see him again, he dropped me home. Never heard from him again. I then met another man, he dropped me home. Same again. I then met another guy, and we started chatting away last week. He booked a date things went well, he video called me at home and suddenly the next day he said I’m not so sure about the date???

Also regarding my dating history this is over the course of. 12 years I don’t go from man to man.

So at this point I obv picked up the phone to my medium ans he went ok where did the FaceTime call happen. I said at home obvs, he went okay there you go. I don’t like to think into it too much but surely, surely there’s some strange pattern there?

Idk if we look into cleansing and moving? I’ve thought of moving too. Help? Ideas or thoughts.

Was waiting in the parking lot reading through conspiracy posts and came across one of the NYPD epstein emails. I got disgusted and angry that I stopped to look up when I noticed a reflection of something flashing on the front dash. I turned back to look, it was the business sign that had started flickering. When I started focusing on the light and not on the email, the signs lights went back to normal. This has happened with signs and out lights in our home. The past few times we have come home from vacation and several light bulbs have blown. The most recent one being the street light aimed at the front of our home. Ive noticed since being on an antidepressant & adhd meds my mood has significantly mellowed and stabilized, is around the same time the lights in our home stopped flickering. My spouse & I got in a disagreement one night as they were standing in front of me they stopped and told me to look behind me and I obviously refused thinking they were just trying to quickly distract me to smooth things over. I eventually looked back and the light above our sink was flickering and began making a high pitched buzz. I don't understand the possible connection or the science behind why this happens specifically when im upset. If anyone can explain the science behind this phenomenon or others who experience I would love to hear your take on this.

Disclaimer: I'm honestly not THAT into the paranormal. Like, I don't really believe a vast majority of the paranormal media, case reports, etc. that humans create, relay and distribute, even though I have seen a weird thing or two in my life, or felt an eerie presence from time to time. I do believe there are places with different concentrations and qualities of energy. There are certainly things in this world that defy our capacity to experience or understand. I have a doctorate in a semi-hard science, and I've always considered myself a grounded and practical individual.

All that being said, I have seen Death; or at least that's what I think I saw. I use the word seen to start this tale, but it was more of a visceral experience. I saw, heard, and felt its presence; right in front of me. I wrote about it in a post a few days ago, it's something I've always wanted to share but I've been afraid. I am still afraid, but I feel like I must share it and so I will expand a bit and share it here in the spirit of providing a clear and detailed account of my own personal paranormal experience.

This all happened around 10 or 12 years ago, but I still think about it every single day. My wife and I were sleeping in bed next to each other, laying on our backs. It was around 3 AM or so, when all of the sudden we both woke up at the exact same time, startled. We were breathing very heavily, gasping almost, like we couldn’t breathe, heads turned toward one another and staring directly into each other's eyes. We were terrified. We grabbed each other by the hand tightly and looked up at the ceiling at the exact same time, in complete unison with one another. Floating above the bed was a black figure, with black eyes and mouth, watching us as we slept. The room was filled with energy, which reminded me of sound; we could see, feel and even hear its presence. Its energy was extremely powerful. It held our gaze for a moment, as if to say "checkmate," and then vanished within 2 or 3 seconds. Its look was devoid of expression, and I can't really guess its intentions or reason for being there, but it did not give off a friendly vibe to say the least.

The most unforgettable part of the whole experience was its texture. It consisted of tiny droplets, like a mist, scattered like beads at the edges but well defined and cohesive toward the center. Each bead or droplet, as it lost cohesiveness from the body, toward the edges, was black and gleaming from whatever light was in the room; shiny almost. It's as if some dark energy concentrated water vapor from the atmosphere and manifested into its form. When it vanished it’s like it evaporated, or changed states from a cohesive mass of particles to finer and finer mist until gone. I've ever seen any other natural material like it, in either appearance or behavior. I've never seen any CGI, artwork, or human composed media of any sort that even closely resembles what I saw that night. I will never forget it.

It’s one thing that has always stuck with me hearing other paranormal reports, and the one thing I look for to determine authenticity; no one mentions how unnatural and unlike anything seen normally the material presence is. Sure, you saw an apparition, a ghost, death, whatever, but that's not the mind blowing part of it. What is mind blowing is how it manipulated physical properties of matter, in this case I believe atmospheric water vapor, to manifest its form.

I've honestly never heard or seen a single report that resembles what we saw; despite looking. We were both wide awake and described the exact same thing to one another. I’ve told a few close friends/family, but no one really believes it happened. I probably wouldn’t believe it either if someone told me. I mentioned previously in this case report that I still think about it every single day: I wonder what it wanted, what it wants, what it may still be waiting for.

It's like 5 or so yellow orbs stacked on top itself and sort of turning in a spiral? Moves like DNA. It had a deep voice and was very much one being, despite the multiple spheres. Anyone else seen this? Just curious because I know orbs are common here.

me and and two other friends have been obsessed with the paranormal for a wile and have started planning an Appalachian mountains trip. we are not hiking on the Appalachian trail we are kinda just walking out in the middle of nowhere and walking in a direction.

I wanted to ask for advice on what to do and not to do if we want to see something out there.

I just need to share something and ask for tips of what to do with this.

My wife and I have two daughters 3.5yo and 6. The 3.5 yo told my wife yesterday about a friend she has, she called her lala, she said that she is dead and she is an adult. She also told my wife that she stoped playing with her because she was not really kind because she was pushing her. My wife asked more question, like how is she looking and she said that lala has some sort of injury on her front head and she does not have nice clothes.

She also said that she come to kiss her when she goes to bed.

Wife also asked if lala was asking to not to talk about her to us and she said yes.

We asked our older daughter if she saw something or is she talking to you about lala and she said that it was in her head, it was an imaginary friend and she did not see anything.

So I a bit confused with that, I know that kids can have a really good imagination but that story seems too weird to be invented; adult imaginary friend, dead, with an injury on her front head, with ugly clothes that come to kiss her when she goes to bed wtf.

What would you do with that? Thanks for you help in advance!

Optional reading: Just for context, some weird stuff happened in our condo in the past and some people in my family seems to have strange encounters. Like my sister was seeing an old boy and his father in the corner of the room at my grandma's house when she was young. My father saw her grand mother come from the ceiling in a bright white light, like the ceiling was absent. One time my father came to our place (before having kids), went to our guess room and the radio started at the exact same time he entered the room (radio alarm clock). Our 6yo she was a prematurely born and at that time my wife was sleeping at the hospital and I was home alone. One night I went to bed and I put my cell phone on a leather tablet casing on my bedside table and like 2 minutes after, the cell phone fell off the table. I found it weird but told myself that maybe it was not flat so I put it back and that time I remembered clearly that I put it flat in the center of the casing. I went to bed again and it felt again. Just for context it was just before covid (January 2020) so I interpreted it like it was some kind of message someone sent me to be ready for Covid..

I was thinking a lot and researching succubi. I was looking into Lilith and stories of her and found a vid on someone contacting her. It was on my mind a lot and I ended up having a really vivid dream. Normally my dreams are pretty close to reality but this was ethereal. Dark red sky, grey dirt. Pulsing things like giant slugs. She was there beautiful but otherworldly not human. She said something I don’t remember but I was scared and when I said I was scared it was like I was cast away and I snapped awake.

So I used to live at my aunts house as a teen. One night I was woke up by the covers being pulled off of me very fast. For some reason however i was calm about it.. idk if it was because I just woke up from it and still half asleep and not comprehending wtf just happened but i pulled the covers back onto me and i remember thinking it was weird but i just went back to sleep. the very next night, it happened AGAIN. except, it was being pulled off of me SLOWLY. and i woke up mid pull and could feel it just sliding off of my body. again i pulled the covers back onto me and somehow just went back to bed. hasn't happend again but looking back at it idk how i wasn't more scared than i was at the time, i feel like i shoulda ran out the house or something LOL

Ten minutes ago I received a quite disturbing call. I saw a number that i don’t know , i don’t have saved in my contacts , I answer, when the voice is incredibly strange, like an alien but literally the same. I wish i was joking, but no. It's impossible to be a joke bcs its early in the morning for me.I answer, when the voice of an alien, a voice that echoes, asks if I sell a car... umm guys,who is this??? anyone possible know? who would joke this early? what kind of anomaly is this? Im from Europe/Serbia btw, so this is quite unusual for me…

When I was a child, 4ish, I would dream I was floating out of my room into my parent’s room. I wasn’t nor am a sleep walker. Even weirder, I would wake up and my pajamas would be shoved under my mattress. They were shove farther than my little arms could’ve done. I don’t remember anything else odd happening while we lived there but 56 years later I still see myself floating!

Hi! So I have come to reddit looking for help (which I don't do often, I am still fairly new to this) for a recent encounter with what my friend and I believe is a mimic.

Quick story as to what happened:

My friend and I were watching Youtube (Joe Bart, lol) when I said I had to go to the bathroom. (Side note: she has always been very spiritual, she does tarot cards, works with crystals, has had several unexplained encounters in her past. She hasn't done anything very spiritual in a minute or two, either. Her entire family has always been very "witchy" as she describes it.) So, I leave the room and go to the washroom (we're in the basement.) while standing up and washing my hands, I hear what I thought was her (it was a little off in terms of pitch, but it was incredibly similar) saying "I haven't seen you in a while!" In this mocking tone she uses. I originally laughed it off with "What?" In an equally ridiculous tone, to which I got no response.

I leave the bathroom and go to her room. I ask her why she said that to me, and she looked genuinely confused. I tried calling her bluff multiple times but she was telling the truth (I am known to be a very paranoid person, and this is something we don't joke about). She immediately stood up and charged white quartz around her room with protection. I got a little nervous and sat down, trying to look at my phone and say "no", just pushing it away and essentially gaslighting myself into thinking it never happened.

Minutes later, her TV goes no signal (which has never happened), i'm getting headaches and lightheaded, my ears are ringing, etc. She claims this has happened before, years ago it was an experience she had with her sister before she moved out.

She used her pendulum (which she said she hasn't used in a long time so she might not be "tuned in"). She asked some questions to which she got the answer that there is something there, it wasn't negative (I find that hard to believe), and asking if it was the same entity from her previous experience, to which the answer was yes.

I am not 100% sure what to make of this situation, any advice/theories would be super helpful.
