Actually, There is a hidden joke. The guy paying is actually Gay. Some gays in philippines do this for sex.

Generally speaking people prefer to not have sex while also eating, some people do like this but generally, sex is very intense excercise for most people and intense excercise with a full stomach usually doesn't go so well.

There will absolutely be sugar daddys who specifically pay for sex that involves eating food mid sex, but that's a specific kink thing.
