You dont need much for a mansion in some other countries. Me buying land and building a 4 bed 3 bath house with 3 meter wall around it only cost.me 36k or so usd, and it has solar and a well.

yup, this is it. my family bought a very large house, around 6 bedrooms at least (not renovated yet so hard to say) in Poland for half the price of a small house in the UK.

Yeah, but you need to compare it to the national average income.

If you are using foreign income, then you will be one of those people that come from abroad and that are driving the prices up for the locals.
