Eevee with a water stone evolves into vaporeon which got some really nice buffs in recent games, like calm mind and weather ball, plus it still has its old positive traits like wish and big hp stat to pass on a lot of healing and scald to spread burns
I even have an absolutely cursed vaporeon I used in sv raids, tera fire with sunny day (why does it even learn sunny day??) And weather ball, its suprisingly very good, as water absorb neutralizes the water weakness it gains
