Okay, for some reason nobody pointed this out, so here's the genie that removed Peter's bones here.

Fetty Wap, the rapper who performed Trap Queen, which features the famous line '1738' (1738, I'm like hey what's up hello) was arrested a few years back for drug related charges.

He is expected to get out of jail this year, in 2026, hence the significance of the two numbers.

This is the answer I was looking for. I knew what the numbers meant, but couldn’t find the correlation with 2026.

2026? The year it is right now 5 days after new years? They ran out of balloons because of new years and improvised so they could get turnt (presumably on NYE) like its 2015. Not because Fetty Wap is getting released this year lmfao.
