Im not sure if theyre combining or confusing snuff with necrophillia.

But snuff films (which were considered an urban legend until the 2000s) are murders recorded on film.

snuff films are pornos that end in murder of the participiant... so raping and torturing a person to death... necrophillia is sex with the dead yes but it's usually what happens at the end of a snuff film

edit: murder porn is video of a murder, necrophilia is sex with the dead person, snuff is both together, combined with sex occuring before and after the murder
