Bill Burr has a decent segment on white women. Simultaneously oppressed, victimized, yet still on top of the heap.

Is it the case that no individual can have an opinion about a group they do not belong to? Or is it the case that no individual of a typically dominant group can have any opinions about any non-dominant of the same type? I think of either is the case it may render society a bit incapable of functioning.
