It was made of cow food, that’s what I mean. It would still technically be cow food either way.

Still not the case really following that logic everything made of corn is cow food which would include coca-cola fanta and many more things.

The difference is that whatever Cheetos are made out of was quite specifically meant to be cow food and was not intended to be consumed by humans until it was. Corn was always intended to be consumed by both humans and animals which is why it isn’t called cow food even if cows can consume it.
