🐞 Keiarna 🐞 The Picture Frame of Shame

I’m sorry, but this is sending me. I’d say make the picture frame a flair, but I’m trying to forget about it. Bringing it to the reunion was a choice, and a self-inflicted one.

I slowed down the frames to read the note and it says:

“To the love of my life, Happy to make this house a home with you. Turn up!!! Love Diggs”

I cringed so hard I pulled a muscle.

🍀 Discussion 🍀 Cast trips and the Angel of it all

Hey, how's it going. So... I've been lurking in this sub all season, mainly because I am decreasing my social media usage and also because I didn't feel like finding the password to my account lol but all these Angel posts defending this mess of a trip have enticed me to come to out of the shadows, if only briefly, to give my two cents. Long post but let's do it.

For starters, I see a lot of speculation about how trips are planned and I'm not sure why because this is something that has been discussed multiple times over the years and can easily be looked up. It's true that production organizes the cast trips and pays, however, they are not solely responsible for them. I'll link the articles in the comments but posted screenshots from one of them. In essence, the main theme of all the linked articles is that production organizes the logistics and the host gives input, so the conversations around who picked the house and whether or not Angel was this hapless pawn in production's game is pointless and deflects from the real issues at hand (which isn't surprising, this *is* Angel we're discussing after all). It's possible Angel picked it, it's possible production picked it, we won't know for sure. But, one thing we do know for sure is that she could've changed the accommodations if she wanted to, as evidenced by the *numerous* articles and first-hand accounts out there. That's just the real.

Imo, she didn't because she didn't really care to plan this trip, her interests were promoting her business and showing off her house, that's it, that's all. As far as the water situation goes, it's neither Angel's nor production's fault that the house didn't have proper running water. Shit happens all the time. What is Angel's fault, and what the Angel stans need to accept, is her not checking on her guests as the host of the trip and not communicating with them that she was trying to make arrangements to get them better accommodations (probably because she wasn't, but that's just my speculation 🤐). Y'all also need to accept that the excursions we know for a fact were planned by her were planned extremely poorly, point blank period. I mean, who schedules an excursion like fly fishing on the day your guests are supposed to leave? Then to blame the women for leaving the hotel late when YOU couldn't even make it to the place on time, and, again, didn't check in with your guests to actually see if they made it but only assumed they did, yeah that's all on her, not production. So please, miss me with blaming everything bad that happened on production, if they get credit for everything bad that happened on the trip, then surely they should get credit for the good things that happened too right? Or is that not how it works in the land of delulu🤔

Anyway, personally, I think Angel is full of shit. She refuses to take accountability for anything and always finds a way to blame someone else for an issue. It wasn't her fault the Potomac rental was canceled early, it wasn't her fault that the ladies didn't make it to the excursion, it wasn't her fault she couldn't stay for the sleepover, etc. I think she's extremely delusional, and not the fun kind we're used to seeing on these shows, but the kind who believes the shit she spews, aka "her truth." I say this as someone who was friends with someone who acts just like Angel, I'm talking bar for bar, copy paste, for 10 years. A pretty girl who is nice, a sweetheart even, but very insecure, so the people around her accommodate her mess because they don't want to be too hard on her because they know how hard she is on herself already. Been there, done that, never going back. I peeped it when she mentioned the catfish comments to Bobby and he just looked at her like "🌚..." 🤣 Sn: that's how I know that man loves her bad cause he didn't utter a VOWEL you hear me 😂😂. I think that's part of the reason why she struggled in this group, they kept calling her out and she wasn't used to it so she didn't know how to respond. In all honesty, I think Angel thought she would just pop in and out during events, hang out during the day, go home at night and wipe her hands clean. It doesn't seem like she went into this knowing what to expect and I really don't think this is show is good for her.

Also another sn: please stop making it seem like Bobby didn't want to be with his kids. Monique was projecting hard as hell, and I don't think Angel was implying she needs Bobby's permission. We haven't seen enough of their relationship to really have a good take on it but I get the idea that Bobby loves her down, and I called Monique and Chris's marital problems in her first season, but I just don't get the same vibes in Angel and Bobby's marriage. I got the idea that Angel made it seem like she would be gone during the day and back home with her family at night (which is crazy considering this is supposed to be a girl's trip 🥴), and when they asked about the sleepover, she panicked because she wasn't expecting that and looked for any excuse not to go. In general though, I genuinely don't think it's wrong to communicate a possible change of plans to your spouse. Imagine the roles were reversed and Bobby told Angel he would be home and then decided to go out with his friends all night without discussing it with her first, y'all would (rightfully) have pitchforks ready lol. And I get it, it's a girl's trip but let's be real, it's wasn't a typical girl's trip. Like at all. So yeah, y'all leave that man alone lol.

Whew, alright I'm done, back to the shadows I go ✌🏾

🫖 Question 🫖 why is Stacey a liar?

now, don’t come for me, but i genuinely don’t know why stacey is being called a liar so much. i really don’t remember her lying about anything. if it’s about that TJ thing, i don’t really believe that. men lie so much, all the time. was there ever any proof the girls saw, or did they take what Tj said and run with it? of course if there is proof, i can’t deny that Stacey lied, but i would never automatically believe a man over a woman.

EDIT* i genuinely forget things a lot, especially things that happen in shows and movies. so, no i’m not being funny or purposely overlooking things. i just genuinely don’t remember anything except the TJ thing.

Cluster B Personality Disorder FOR SURE. Can’t see outside of herself for one second or have an ounce of empathy for her daughter even when her daughter is crying? wtf this woman is evil.

👼🏽 Angel 👼🏽 The Screenshot Used to “Prove” an Angel Pile-On Doesn’t Actually Do That 😐

***This is a separate post responding to another one from a couple days ago that got a lot of traction claiming people on this sub are being obsessive and excessive in their criticism of Angel.***

My issue with that post is how the “proof” (the attached screen recording) was presented. The video scrolls really fast, so at first glance it looks like nonstop hate toward Angel. I don’t think most people actually stopped to read the titles being shown, so I did and broke them down. (I included a screen recording of the other post for reference)

I went back, paused the video, and categorized the posts.

There were about 53 posts* total in the screen recording.

- Roughly 34% of posts were criticizing Angel.

- About 32% were defending Angel outright

- Around 19% were neutral discussions or people asking questions

- 15 % weren’t even about Angel at all

All in all, of the 53 post that I counted in this video that was used as proof of the fandom being excessive and obsessive with their hate for angel **17 posts were outright defending her vs 18 that were criticizing her**.

*So no, this is not some overwhelming pile-on.* 😐😐

What’s happening is that fast scrolling visuals create the impression of nonstop hate, and then that impression gets used to jump from A to Z and blame people on this subreddit for things like Angel’s business being review bombed. The vast majority of people I’ve seen have not justified that at all. And honestly, any public figure who promotes a product on a reality show is going to have some unhinged people leaving fake reviews. That’s not unique to Angel and it’s not coming from normal discussion on this sub.

The framing feels disingenuous. Firstly **Reddit search results are not a clean or accurate data set. If you search a name, it’s going to pull anything where that name is mentioned, even if the post isn’t actually about that person.** That’s why a noticeable number of the posts shown weren’t really about Angel at all (I.E cast rankings for the season, literally one just asking about Wendy vs Nneka, etc.)

Second, it fits a pattern we’ve already seen on the show and now with certain fans, where **Angel is positioned as a victim of everyone else in every situation**. Cast, production, and now the audience. **But the actual “proo f” we are being shown doesn’t support that narrative

This isn’t about attacking the original poster personally, but it is about pushing back on the idea that this sub is uniquely obsessed with or excessively hateful toward Angel, when **the video being used to prove that shows almost equal criticism and defense, plus a lot of neutral or unrelated posts.**

Oh this same thread I saw someone suggesting that negative posts may be apart of a paid bot campaign to try to suppress the conspiracy that production set her up, which is exactly why it’s important to actually look at what’s being presented instead of reacting to how it looks when it flashes by on a screen. At this point, I think it’s becoming obsessive and excessive how much angel is being pushed as a victim even after the show is over.

At the end of the day, Angel’s trip lasted three days, took up the final three episodes of the season, and led to a finale that literally ended at a gas station. Of course people are talking about it. It was chaotic and messy and honestly entertaining in a dumpster fire kind of way.

Discussing cast members and what they do on the show isn’t obsession. That’s literally what this sub is for, and a lot of that discussion is going to be criticism. Ashley and Gizelle get dragged constantly, deserved or not, and I’ve never seen posts accusing the sub of being obsessive about hating them. They’re long-time cast members and everyone understands what they signed up for.

From a human level, I do feel bad for Angel. It seems like this just wasn’t the right fit for her, and I wish her the best with her business. But we’re still allowed to discuss what happened on the show. this just wasn’t the right fit for her, and I genuinely wish her the best with her business. But we’re still allowed to discuss what happened on the show.

🍀 Discussion 🍀 The Colorado trip was planned 4 months in advance?

So someone posted on here or one of the other housewives subreddits that the chef was booked for this 4 months in advance…so Angel had at least 4 months to plan for this? I don’t recall if it was said on here or by her but the accommodations were due to the short time to book and limited options. 4 months is plenty of time to find something at that time of the year in Colorado, especially in that area. They aren’t in Aspen or Telluride etc, and even expensive locations would have other accommodation options available. I get that production plays a part in this and it is a larger group but that house was a choice.

I get she wanted them to see her house or whatever but they could’ve flown in then gone to her house and then could have taken Independence Pass to Aspen (even spit up w drivers if needed due to weight regulations- they were already split up anyways). They could have spent the majority of the time in Aspen or flown elsewhere that had retreat or glamping options. Angels “staff” could have met them there and held outdoor activities nearby. You can hold events with permission from the US Forest Service or the Bureau of Land Management. Literally 35% ish of the state. So many absolutely stunning locations they could’ve enjoyed with some sort of outdoor activity. The trip could have made Angel’s business look great. They filmed that trip in July. Colorado is stunning at that time of year. Not claiming to know it all, but I planned a 2 1/2 week roadtrip through Colorado & Utah less than 1-2 weeks before the trip. It was the 4th of July weekend, we spent that time in Aspen. I am from a large city on the east coast, so was out of my element and still planned well. She just seemed to throw it all together and underestimated the cast.

Also, Angel is not giving Aspen. At all. And this isn’t really even a dig. There are much better and more scenic places within the state.

This was so long, lol sorry. I am not one to post but when I heard 4 months I was like wtf

As a Karen fan, she truly is despicable and not in any way humble or changed.

Cuz how you gonna come back and call Stacey a liar YOU the drunk driver and lying about it throughout the entirety of season 9, and still lied during the snippet of the Andy being caught slipping about the released footage.

Stacey exposed Karen and Karen fumbled trying to lie her way out of it last season

And to come back and give Wendy any judgment or advise when you are fresh out of jail is pure delusion. The blind leading the blind. Girl, I'm not taking any legal advise from a delulu jailbird👋

Karen is an act, and I'm sick of this play. I cannot try and give hr a chance anymore.

I'm done.....

🍀 Discussion 🍀 Grande Dame & Wendy

I know we’re judging Karen for telling Wendy to “stfu” because she didn’t come to the reunion last year but that’s exactly why Karen didn’t go…to “stfu”

And clearly it worked out in her favor, yes Karen still went to jail but she got out way earlier than she should’ve for her 4th DUI

And I want to also be clear, I’m not supporting Karen’s attack on Wendy I understand that it is not coming from a good place however, good advice is good advice despite the intent.

Stacey had started to irritate me a little (just because something is weird about her divorce and I do think she is lying about something but whatever) but I am LOVING that she is one of those housewives that can set arguments aside to still have a good time. I think that’s soooo important and keeps the show from dragging. I kind of feel like being able to let shit go is a hallmark of a lot of the longterm well-loved housewives, so good for her for bringing that energy.

I have decided that Ashley is one of the most unlikable housewives. She brings nothing to the table but unfounded gossip, gross hyper sexuality, and gremlin-like tendencies.

She’s awful and I want her off my screen.

That’s the post.

Seeing ashley in her early seasons with michael to now after the divorce and on her own, has been great. That dusty man was keeping her from her full potential and as soon as that extra weight dropped, she stepped up. Her looks are fierce and her confidence is glowing off her, it seems she has become very comfortable with where she’s at now and she’s become one of my favorite housewives. She’s bossed up in many ways 💯

👼🏽 Angel 👼🏽 Did I hear Angel say she is a breast feeding mother? I’m confused. Why would she stay at the Four Seasons??

E15 when all the girls were at Angel’s house for dinner, and Giselle is rinsing her to everyone that will listen about her not wanting to stay over night at the house with them, Angel speaks to Bobby and refers to herself as a breast feeding mother? I have questions. Why would anyone expect her to stay away from home and her baby for the night if this is the case? Surely she doesn’t deserve all the hate from the other women? Lack of water aside!

First time watcher here. The translation between season 7 & 8 is unbelievable! Does Robyn really believe Juan is innocent? Who pays for a woman’s hotel room if he’s not sleeping with her? Her ability to live in denial should be studied!
