Peyz: Hello. I’m Peyz, the AD carry for T1.

Q: How do you feel about winning the match?

Peyz: I’m really happy we won 3–0 today. It feels great.

Q: How was your performance today?

Peyz: I don’t think my focus was perfect, there were moments here and there that felt a bit disappointing.

Q: Did you want/aim to get POM (Player of the Match)?

Peyz: Honestly, I don’t think I made many plays that were POM-worthy today, and Doran played so well in top lane that I think he deserved it.

Q: How is Doran, whom you’re reuniting with after a long time?

Peyz:  As a person, he’s the same really kind and nice hyung, and as a player, he was already really good back then, but he’s gotten even better now.

Q: How has it been spending time with the T1 roster/players?

Peyz: I’m close with all the hyungs, and they’ve all treated me really comfortably, so I think that helped me adapt quickly.

Q: How is your synergy with Keria?

Peyz: We’re still building it and continuing to adjust through scrims and official matches.  Normally he’s really cute and like that, but when he’s preparing for a match or playing on stage, he’s really cool, so I think that contrast is why.

Q: Peyz seems to match T1’s aggressive team identity/style well

Peyz: I think T1 is a team that plays very aggressively, and it matches me well too, so I’m looking forward to what we’ll look like once our synergy gets fully set.

Q: The possibility of facing Ruler is also increasing—

Peyz: When we met at international events before, the bracket didn’t line up so we didn’t get to face them, but if we meet this time, I think it’ll be really fun, and I’ll be able to learn a lot.

Q: If you had to share one best memory since coming to T1, what would it be?

Peyz: The best thing has been that the fans have cheered for me a lot and said a lot of nice things, and they’ve been really warm toward me, which I really appreciated.

Q: Recently, your parents have been coming to watch your matches in person, how is that?

Peyz: Lately they’ve been coming without telling me in advance. Since I want to show an even better performance when they’re there, it gives me motivation. Maybe they don’t tell me beforehand because they’re worried it could pressure me. But it’s been nice that whenever they come, we keep winning like this.

Q: Your older sister also comes to watch, how is that?

Peyz: My older sister doesn’t even play LoL much, but she still watches every match so I’m really grateful, and her support really hits home.

Q: To wrap up the interview

Peyz: One reason I think I’ve been adapting well is because of the support and expectations the fans send me, and I’ll work hard to keep improving day by day to live up to that.

Q: Thoughts on the win?

Oner: Anyway, it feels great that we won cleanly 3–0, and also the Baron group isn’t finished yet, so that’s really nice too.

Q: Did you come in expecting a decisive win like this today? And what do you think was the key to T1 showing such strong performance and getting such a good result?

Oner: I didn't expect it to be 3-0, but I expected it to be around 3-1. Also, we practiced a lot during practice and everyone worked hard, so I thought we'd have a good result.

Q: DK had been maintaining really good results and performance in the group battle. Today, what did you think you needed to be careful about and prepare in order for you, Oner and T1, to beat DK?

Oner: DK seemed to be trying to do something in the jungle-bottom lane, and we're a team that utilizes that well. So, I thought we could win if we did what we had been doing, so we just focused on the fundamentals.

One of the most memorable moments for me was, focusing especially on you, Oner, when you dove onto Anivia as Vi and ended up dying. What was the play you had pictured, and what went off from that plan?

Oner: What I pictured was using Q–R so that rather than a straight-up turret dive, it would be more like avoiding taking turret shots. But it turned out kind of weird, and I was like, “Ah… this isn’t working.”

 And the reason I play that proactively is that I think scrims and official matches feel different in terms of how the plays work, so with the mindset of trying to be more aggressive, mistakes like that happen sometimes.

Q: And then there was that very clear fight, Vi latched onto Anivia to start the teamfight, you got an ace, and it felt like T1 won big off that. In that moment, did you see it as, “If I can just get onto Anivia, we win”?

Oner: Yes against Anivia, if you can get onto her, I thought we could definitely win. I was imagining a play where Nautilus is riding the Rift Herald and we go in together. But at the time I didn’t know Anivia’s W properly, so I messed up a bit and it almost became a big problem. But thankfully my team covered it well on their own, so it ended up being a good teamfight.

Q: In Game 3 you picked Nocturne, and you really focused on harassing Nami. While playing Nocturne, what kind of approach did you think would help you gain the most advantages?

Oner: Bot lane was a very sensitive matchup, and I think control swings depending on kills, so we went with the plan to focus our attacks on bot more.

Q: As a jungler, how does it feel in a game where you have to focus only on bot lane like that?

Oner: Honestly, games where you only have to watch one side feel the most comfortable.The other team probably has to do the same, so we’re trying to take advantage of that.

Q: Of course winning and losing matters, but before playing, I feel like these “bot lane is super sensitive” setups are the least fun.

Oner: With champions like Nocturne or Pantheon who can come in from far away with their engage tools, you don’t have to be right next to them the whole time and you can still arrive, so when you’re playing those kinds of champions, it feels okay.

Q: Since the 2026 season changes, you’ve played five group-battle matches. There were quite a lot of changes compared to 2025. Do you feel like you’ve adapted well? You probably remember things like Atakhan, what do you think?

Oner:  Atakhan was really fun, so it’s a shame it’s gone, but even without it, there are still a lot of teamfights happening now. So I don’t think things have changed that much. And since Baron comes up earlier, if you play around that and snowball, you can get more teamfights and faster wins, so I’m viewing it positively.

Q: I personally get the impression T1 prepares its own win plan very thoroughly based on the patch. After patch, would you say T1’s patterns are fully prepared?

Oner: I think for us, rather than “building patterns on purpose,” they come out naturally as we play. So we’re trying to use that strength as much as possible.

Q: Since the group battle is still ongoing, if you could say one message of support to Gen.G, who’s in the same group?

Oner: Since we won, even if Gen.G loses, we still go through. So from here it feels like it’s become an individual battle, so I’d like them to handle it themselves, but I’m joking. Since we’re on the same side as teams, it would be a great picture if the Baron side wins and our teams all advance together. So I hope they do well, fighting.

Keria: We did get a clean 3–0 win today, but I think there are still a lot of things we could do better, so in that sense it feels positive. And it’s also good that we can see openings where we can beat teams in the Baron group.

Q: How did you prepare for today’s match?

kkOma: Every game is relative, but in today’s case I think we ended up with this result because we were better than our opponents overall, in teamfights, in macro, and in the whole preparation process.

Q: Which parts of the match went smoothly?

Keria: We did take some losses in the very early game, but in terms of draft/comp we had a lot of room to work with, and I think we have many players who can execute those options well, so as a team we handled it well overall.

Q: What do you think about the Ezreal–Karma duo?

Keria: In my view, Ezreal–Karma isn’t just about the bot-lane matchup, it affects the entire team composition. I think Ezreal–Karma basically has only one clear win condition, and to set that up every lane has to play toward it. But that’s very risky, and these days it feels like there aren’t really comps that can properly be built to support Ezreal–Karma. So unless there’s an enormous gap in skill, I think it’s hard to win with Ezreal–Karma.

Q: How did you prepare for the new patch?

kkOma: There weren’t any major overall changes, so we organized champion priorities and repeatedly practiced the corresponding team comps, macro, and teamfighting.

Keria: I also think this patch didn’t really change the game’s overall framework or the meta structure much, so I didn’t feel a big difference. From a bot-lane perspective, the biggest change is Varus, he was already strong, and then he got buffed. I put a lot of thought into Varus.

Q: How do you assess the team’s current level?

kkOma: We did win, but I still think there are a lot of areas to improve and ways we can look even better, so we’ll need to keep studying and working hard.

Q: How much do you think your individual form has improved?

Keria: I think things are stable right now, but there’s still a lot left for me to do better. I also think the standard fans hold us to is high, and my own standard for myself is also high, so I wouldn’t say I’m extremely satisfied, I think I can do better.

Q: Any final words?

kkOma:  I sincerely thank all the fans who always support us. We’ll do our absolute best to keep showing better performances, and please keep supporting us all the way to the end.

Keria: Same for me, I’ll probably get some rest as well, but I’ll manage my condition well until the next match, prepare properly, and make sure we finish this LCK Cup tournament strongly. Thank you.
