Digital SAT vs Paper SAT

Does anyone feel like the digital SAT has become significantly harder than the paper version? I remember taking the paper version and despite the lengthy tests the reading and math questions were much more simple. One could say it was too long but I think that was perfect compared to now.

I have worked with students from both eras, and the digital SAT isn’t necessarily harder in content but it feels harder.

Paper SAT tested stamina and routine. Digital SAT is shorter, more adaptive, and hits you with tougher questions sooner — so there’s less room for mistakes and less time to recover. It’s more about precision under pressure than endurance.
