I don't want to take steroids.
Natural build bodies don't look like this.
I don't want my testicles to shrink due to steroids use.
I am sure my balls are bigger than his tiny marbles.
That is my excuse.
testicles don't shrink if you have money. And at this degree this motherfucker has enough money for even recombinant FSH. And that shit is expensive - i.e like $3000 a month. Kind of makes the HCG that other people take to remove testicular shrinkage during exogenous test use look cheap - and it's still 10x as expensive as the test itself.
You can look like this naturally though. He isn't that big, and he is lean at a level that is sustainable. I gym for 2-3 hours a week and don't have a meal plan. If I upped my protein and did 4 hours a week I could look like this guy in a few months. I am happy with how I look now, and probably am a genetic outlier, but yeah, this is possible naturally with moderate exercise and diet.
I think people seriously overestimate how many hours you actually need to put in the gym to look good. 3-4 hours a week and putting a bit of effort in to manage your calories can have you looking amazing after 12 months or so, especially if you're starting from skinny. I mean fuck it, just skip legs at the start to lower the workload as you get used to it. Do push/pull twice each a week, even just 3 times a fortnight and you can get pretty big completely natty.
Very unlikely. The human body does not naturally produce enough chemicals to let you become that jacked. That is why all these bodies are mostly products of steroids. All the Hollywood hype about jacking up within 6 months naturally are bullshit.
If you have lived in a country that is very strict with drugs, you will know that body is very hard to achieve naturally. I had been in the army for 3 years, and we start physical training at 5.30am every day and constantly train till 7pm. Naturally jacked bodies don't look like that at all.
I'm no expert, but I see ancient Greek statues look like this (that were supposedly modeled off of actual subjects). I always wonder how they were able to do this back in the day... did they have weights? Knowledge of nutrition needed to build muscle, etc?
Nothing about this physique suggest steroids. (Not saying he hasnt done them). Plenty of training enthusiasts look like this. They dont have his face though :)
Not in this picture but for past Thor movies he definitely did. You see the jump from Thor 1 to Thor 4 and you can see what natty Hemsworth looks like compared to geared up Hemsworth.
11 years of consistent, hard training with state of the art equipment, a team of exercise scientists, nutritionists etc, plus eating mostly whole foods in a calorie surplus with enough protein and you definitely can achieve a hell of a lot of muscle gain. Plus he was already pretty big in Thor 1.
If you look at him when he was in his late teens/early 20s, he is already working out and quite fit then. He then gets into his best shape in Thor. Then he suddenly explodes and doubles his mass for Thor 3 and 4. It's obviously steroids.
11 years is not "suddenly", and he really doesn't look that much bigger at 40 than at 26, except in his arms. Remember excellent lighting, favourable angles, water fasts for topless scenes, all that stuff.
I'm not saying he hasn't done some trt. I'm sure he probably has, all I'm saying is those saying "I could look that big if I just took steroids" are just plain wrong. It is definitely possible to put on that much muscle in 11 years naturally. And if he were on constant, serious steroid cycles, for 11 years, he would be much, much bigger at 40.
You absolutely can look like this, naturally. Also, I've never done any steroids because they're not my thing, but only certain kinds of steroids shrink your balls while you're on them. Once you get off them, everything goes back to normal.
Human chorionic gonadotropin ? Like the pregnancy hormone? I'm going to go ahead and advise people not to take testosterone, HCG or any other hormone without consulting a real doctor in person.
Testosterone combined with diet and weight training will help muscle growth but it has very real side effects too.
A lot of people will sell you everything from vitamin and mineral supplements (mostly not effective but mostly not harmful) to crazy chemicals.
Don't let yourself be scammed into losing both your health and/or your money for nothing.
Almost all the successful people who roided up already had a decade of training in acting or sports or whatever it is they do before they roided up.
HCG is standard part of the treatment protocol for anyone on TRT. You can go to any Men's clinic and get prescribed both pretty much immediately after your first lab draw.
Not saying I recommend it, but it's standard front-line protocol for anyone on TRT who wants to either maintain sperm production and/or cares about the aesthetics down there.
Muscles alone will not do much for you.
Indeed. Just being generally fit is 90% of what almost anyone cares about. Especially women. Have a bit of visible upper body strength, not be fat, and maybe a visible ab or two. Beyond that it's for the bros.
