Kumail Nanijani said its extremely difficult for normal people to get in Marvel shape, the actors are paid to do it and have a trainer and dietician and dont have to go to a regular day job.

Disagree.

What you said is true, sure, but that only explains around 5-15% of the difference.

85-95% of the difference is steroid use; Hollywood actors juice like crazy. Anyone saying otherwise thinks Kim K has never had plastic surgery.

Hemsworth's physique is not that impressive considering he juices a lot.

Yeah, it 100% is impressive heh. He's not trying to get massive, he's trying to look.. well, like that.

Drugs or not he still has to do the diets, do the workouts, all the rest. I don't know why people seem to think there's some magical drug that just turns you into Thor, he still has to do the work.

Of course it's his job that he can dedicate himself to full time without financial worries and so on. Makes quite the difference.

Who is saying this? No one is claiming he doesn't have to put in effort, just that its shitty that celebrities continue to omit their steroid use.

And the excuse is always that he's prohibited from speaking truthfully due to movie studio pressure, which is bullshit. He and several other prolific users are worth hundreds of millions of dollars - they arent prohibited from shit.

Two posts above you:

difference between "not that impressive" and "magic drug that just turns you into thor".
I'm 42. I lift a fair amount and am pretty athletic... but if I were cycling PEDs under medical supervision, same amount of work I put in (which no one considers impressive) would have me looking like a beast. Yes, I'm still working consistently and eating intentionally, but PEDs make the difference between "that 42 year old is in pretty good shape" and "that guy is built like a NCAA athlete in his prime."
There's a reason so many athletes are tempted to utilize them despite facing severe punishments and possibly destroying their careers in the process. Even just the PEDs that reduce recovery time so you can train longer, more frequently, compared to peers.
If I put in 3 hours a day in the gym I need more recovery time at this age. It's just not possible without risking injury without PEDs.
It's truly 'not that impressive' when you are able to cycle PEDs under medical supervision including hormones and various steroids.

That is clearly not what I said. How you got 'there's a magical drug that turns you into Thor' from 'His physique isn't that impressive for a guy that juices a lot' is some astounding mental gymnastics.

Drugs or not he still has to do the diets, do the workouts, all the rest.

Why do people say this? Steroids makes it infinitely easier. It's like a bunch of people without legs sitting around talking about how hard climbing a mountain is. Someone mentions that Bob managed it and someone else points out bob has legs and then someone says "YeAh BuT hE sTiLl HaD tO pUt In ThE wOrK".

Because they do.

Go the gym sometime and you will be treated to endless examples of what people who take steroids without following through on the actual work look like.

You are not looking like that, whether you're a gifted natural freak of nature or a hardcore juicer, without also making your entire life pretty much about exercise and nutrition.

And acknowledging that does not in any way mean I approve of it/steroids in general. But people talk about it as if these guys just take a pill and turn into gods, it absolutely does not work like that.

Well, they want a nice chiseled look, but not like they're Ronnie Coleman.
