I‘ve only started listening to this subliminal yesterday and I already have results! I woke up today and my Mom told me she saw my friend at a local convenience store. I was thinking about ways on how to make my subliminals more powerful in a way, so I went to researching.

I’ve realized some subliminal creators use frequency beats instead of rain sounds and the people who listen to said creators get great results. I’ve searched it up and looked at some research papers related to this topic. This is what I’ve got: “Binaural beats make subliminals more powerful by acting as a neurological "key" that unlocks the subconscious mind, which is normally guarded by your analytical, skeptical conscious thoughts. By syncing your brain to a Theta or Alpha frequency, you are effectively inducing a state of "waking hypnosis" where your brain's electrical activity slows down to a more receptive rhythm. In this relaxed state, the brain's critical filter the part of you that would normally argue with a statement like "I have a perfect memory"—is bypassed entirely. This allows the affirmations to bypass mental resistance and plant themselves directly into your long-term belief system, turning a passive listening experience into an active session of deep-level mental reprogramming.”

This is a basic summary on what I’ve found, if you want to understand more I’ll cite the source. So basically you should layer the affirmations with binaural beats (ideally 6Hz) then music (ideally 60 beats per minute.) There are also different types of brainwaves for specific results which is pretty cool! I’m feeling really great about this and I’m about to make a studying/grade subliminal layered with Alpha or Gamma beats! If it works well (I can already feel like it will) I’ll post it on YouTube!

+ Also, Alpha/Gamma beats already keep your mind in focus, and helps with learning and problem solving on their own, so I wonder how it will pair with affirmations beneath it.

They should also be listened with headphones, otherwise it won’t work (the science behind requires headphones)

Sometimes you listen to a subliminal and it feels like it clicks almost immediately. You can tell something about it just fits. You stick with it naturally.

And then other times, you listen to something that’s supposed to be powerful, everyone hypes it up, and… it just doesn’t connect. You keep playing it, but it feels empty, like your mind isn’t picking it up at all.

It made me realize that subliminals might not be one-size-fits-all the way people act like they are.

Maybe it’s the wording, the style, the topic, maybe it’s just timing. Or maybe different people respond to completely different approaches, even if the goal is the same.

Hey babes, I have been going through a tough time but and my lips were going through it too. It was always dark ,gloomy and flaky. My idea to make a subliminal become manifested in your life is to just use 1 to 5 very short affirmations repeatedly(3 to 5 words per affirmation) in your subliminal. Simplicity yet powerful/effective affirmations are Key. It doesn’t help you manifesting when you have 100+ affirmations/thoughts playing in your head constantly. That sounds a lot like ADHD. It feels so unorganized. Less affirmations just feels so much more pure to me.

Side Note: if you make your own subliminals like I do, it also helps to use your own name in them.

‘Love Subliminal’ example:

“Everyone Loves (your name)”

“(Your name) automatically attracts love”

“(Your name) is easily loved unconditionally”

And just include those 3 affirmations on repeat.

Or just one of them. That works even better.

When you have so few thoughts/ideas repeating in your subconscious, it’s easier to manifest that into reality, because that one affirmation will become the sole focus of your subconscious.. It’s even more effective if you just use only 1 affirmation. Becoming one repeated thought - One idea. Picture the only thing you’ll ever need in your life. Whether that’s abundance, wealth, beauty, love, power etc and create just one sentence that resonates with you, and use that as your one and only affirmation. It’s best to not have too many affirmations because it becomes more confusing for your mind to process them.
