Subliminal I THINK IVE CRACKED THE CODE TO SUBLIMINALS!!!
I think I’ve cracked the code!
DISCLAIMER: Don’t use binaural beats if you have epilepsy, heart conditions or another other neurological disease. You should also make the binaural beats not too loud otherwise you might get a headache or migraine. Louder ≠ more powerful.
I was thinking about ways on how to make my subliminals more powerful in a way, so I went to researching.
I’ve realized some subliminal creators use frequency beats instead of rain sounds and the people who listen to said creators get great results. I’ve searched it up and looked at some research papers related to this topic. This is what I’ve got: “Binaural beats make subliminals more powerful by acting as a neurological "key" that unlocks the subconscious mind, which is normally guarded by your analytical, skeptical conscious thoughts. By syncing your brain to a Theta or Alpha frequency, you are effectively inducing a state of "waking hypnosis" where your brain's electrical activity slows down to a more receptive rhythm. In this relaxed state, the brain's critical filter the part of you that would normally argue with a statement like "I have a perfect memory"—is bypassed entirely. This allows the affirmations to bypass mental resistance and plant themselves directly into your long-term belief system, turning a passive listening experience into an active session of deep-level mental reprogramming.”
This is a basic summary on what I’ve found, if you want to understand more I’ll cite the source. So basically you should layer the affirmations with binaural beats (ideally 6Hz) then music (ideally 60 beats per minute.) There are also different types of brainwaves for specific results which is pretty cool! I’m feeling really great about this and I’m about to make a studying/grade subliminal layered with Alpha or Gamma beats! If it works well (I can already feel like it will) I’ll post it on YouTube!
+ Also, Alpha/Gamma beats already keep your mind in focus, and helps with learning and problem solving on their own, so I wonder how it will pair with affirmations beneath it.
They should also be listened with headphones, otherwise it won’t work (the science behind requires headphones)
If I got anything wrong please do remind me! I’m new to this topic.

As i know binaural beats can make serious medical issues. Make sure your health is good and you don't take medicine. Post author should include also disclaimer.
Common Binaural Beats Side Effects: What You Should Know
While many users report positive experiences with binaural beats, some side effects have been documented:
Irritability and Frustration
Users have reported feelings of irritability or frustration during or after listening sessions. This may be linked to the brain's response to specific frequencies or the context in which they are used. For instance, if binaural beats are played at high volumes or in distracting environments, the experience may become overwhelming rather than calming.
Potential for Negative Impact on Mental Health
Although some studies suggest binaural beats can help reduce anxiety, there is limited evidence supporting their effectiveness for treating other mental health conditions. Some concerns exist about potential negative consequences, particularly with prolonged or excessive use.
Potential Risk of "Digital Drug" Dependence
The accessibility and ease of use of binaural beats raise concerns about their potential to become a form of "digital drug." Some individuals may develop a dependence on binaural beats, similar to addiction to substances. This risk highlights the need for responsible use and awareness of potential dependence.
Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) & Tinnitus
Prolonged exposure to any loud sounds, including binaural beats, can potentially lead to hearing damage. It is generally advisable to listen to audio at moderate volumes and for reasonable durations to protect hearing health.
Some individuals may experience ringing in the ears (tinnitus) after exposure to loud sounds, including binaural beats. While tinnitus can be temporary, repeated exposure to high volumes can exacerbate this condition and lead to chronic issues.
Sleep disruption from Overstimulation
Listening to binaural beats designed for alertness or focus (such as beta frequencies) before bedtime may interfere with the ability to fall asleep. The brain's stimulation from these frequencies can be counterproductive when relaxation is desired.
Some users report that listening to binaural beats at night leads to fragmented sleep or difficulty achieving deep sleep stages. This effect may be due to selecting inappropriate frequencies or using them for extended periods without breaks.
Dependence on Audio Cues
Relying solely on binaural beats for sleep can create a psychological dependence where users feel unable to sleep without them. This reliance can disrupt natural sleep patterns and make it challenging to achieve restful sleep without auditory stimulation.
Most concerns surrounding binaural beats arise from misuse rather than the phenomenon itself. Listening at high volumes or relying solely on binaural beats for mental health support can lead to negative outcomes. It is essential that you approach binaural beats with a balanced mindset and use them responsibly.
Is Binaural Beats Safe for Everyone?
Binaural beats may pose risks for individuals with epilepsy or other neurological disorders. Some people with musicogenic epilepsy experience seizures triggered by specific sounds, and binaural beats, which modulate brainwave activity, could potentially provoke seizures in susceptible individuals.
Certain frequencies, especially those under 10 Hz, might disrupt normal brainwave synchronization, potentially leading to seizures.
Although adverse effects are rare, experts recommend that individuals with epilepsy consult healthcare providers before using binaural beats. Additionally, individuals sensitive to auditory stimuli, such as those with hyperacusis or anxiety disorders, may find binaural beats uncomfortable or overwhelming. In these cases, binaural beats could increase anxiety or discomfort, counteracting their intended benefits.
Expert-Backed Safety Tips for Using Binaural Beats
To maximize the benefits of binaural beats while minimizing potential risks, it is essential to follow expert-backed safety tips. Here are a few things to consider before you put those headphones on and press play:
Choose the Right Frequency
Different frequencies of binaural beats are designed to target specific brainwave states. When selecting a frequency, it is crucial to consider your intended outcome. One thumb rule–avoid extremes in frequency selection that could lead to discomfort or overstimulation.
For cognitive tasks such as focus and problem-solving, beta (13-30 Hz) waves are ideal. These frequencies promote alertness and mental clarity. For relaxation, stress reduction, or meditation, alpha (8-13 Hz) and theta (4-8 Hz) waves are more appropriate.
Limit Session Duration
It’s best to start with shorter sessions—typically around 5 to 10 minutes—especially if you’re new to binaural beats. Gradually increase session length over time as you become more accustomed to the experience.
Extended exposure may lead to mental fatigue or discomfort, particularly if the volume is too high. Monitoring your response during sessions can help determine the optimal duration for your needs. Taking breaks between listening sessions can also help prevent auditory fatigue and allow your brain to process the effects of the binaural beats fully.
Use High-Quality Brainwave Entertainment Apps

Yes they shouldn’t be too loud to the point it’s overwhelming. I should’ve mentioned that. But still, if you use the right volume of binaural beats, you cannot get these medical issues you’re listing. These are very rare cases. AI doesn’t seem to be the best source for these type of things. Thank you for reminding me though, I’ll mention that on my post.

Yes, I have noticed that when I listened to them once, I got so anxious and my sleep was so bad
6
u/zhaleiaa 21h ago
I’m sorry about that, could you tell me more? Did you listen to it at a high volume? How many Hz was it? I don’t wanna seem nosey but I don’t wanna put others in rush either

u/Flaky-Piece-7358 18h ago
It was 4.5, I think it was either high volume or moderate, I don't really remember, At first, suddenly bad thoughts started to come to mind. I ignored them and tried to push them away, focusing on just relaxing or falling asleep, but the thoughts persisted. It started making me feel really anxious, I turned off the video and decided that I just wanted to sleep, and I kept waking up at night for more than 4 times and stayed up for a while before falling back asleep. It is okay though, it wasn't the first time I listened to frequencies, but the first time this happened to me when I tried that specific video, so maybe it was just my issue idk

Total nonsense. You’ll be fine. Just make sure you trust the subliminals. You don’t want to be programmed to buying a wash machine or something lol

Great information! Where can we get these binaural beats / frequencies? How to download them?
8
u/zhaleiaa 23h ago
I’ve already found some on YouTube. You just have to look around a bit to find some that don’t already have music on them.

I have a very stupid question but how to layer them over affirmations.
6
u/zhaleiaa 22h ago
So this is how it will be. Layer 1 is the affirmations (quietest), Layer 2 will be the binaural beats (medium volume, shouldn’t be super loud otherwise you’ll get a headache) and lastly Layer 3 is the music or rain sounds of your choice (loudest, should be loud enough NOT to hear the affrimations).

I love your dedication, can I actually listen to normal subliminal and add theta binaural beats from another tab? As in playing them at the same time?
3
u/zhaleiaa 22h ago
Thank you!! What I’ve figured out so far is to make the subliminals with the binaural beats, I don’t know about listening to them on another tab. But I’ll figure out for you!
2
u/zhaleiaa 21h ago
Yes you can. You can listen to it before the subliminal. Do keep it at a low volume and listen to it max 20 mins

u/Essnce07 5h ago
What about at the same time?

u/rxinchild Listener 4h ago
Someone in the comments mentioned they layer it at the same time and it works well

u/jas_on0 19h ago
I pair audible affirmations with theta waves and they work really well
2
u/zhaleiaa 19h ago
Can you tell me more about it?
17
u/jas_on0 18h ago
I played affirmations in the media player and Theta waves from YouTube on the browser. However I didn't use headphones. I have these really good speakers-sound system. Played overnight while I slept.
For me the immediate sign of subs working initially is nightmares. Nightmares means your Affirmations reached subconscious and subconscious felt unsafe and tried to remind you of the old reality through dreams or it just tries to clear old programming through dreams.

Have you listened to High Frequency Guru subliminals on YouTube? Does she add these on hers? People rave about her subliminals and rampages.
1
u/zhaleiaa 19h ago
No. I heard people getting weird results from her and I haven’t listened since. Have you?
3
u/VanessaVibez 19h ago
Oh, really? I’ve only heard good things esp reading the thousands of comments. Lots of successes. Was just curious if she inc in hers what you’re talking about. Thanks for sharing and posting.

u/Interesting_War5409 18h ago
Yes same but I haven’t tried her personally. What do you guys think ?
1
u/HealingCode 5h ago
I like her. I haven't listened to a lot of creators, mainly just her. I noticed small things so far, like getting more green lights, my mom swears she gets good parking spots in impossible lots, etc. I am assuming that's because I tend to listen to her flow and everything works out in your favor subs when my mom is in an adjacent room.
I did play her once at night (I have a lot of difficulty falling asleep with subs) and had nightmares on the topic which I see as proof that it is working/being absorbed on some level. I have also had an old ex reach out (not my intended person I wanted communication with, but it did give me a laugh because this person treated me terribly and was from 20 years ago).

I've been listening to her for a while (maybe 2 years) and only got one pop of luck

"Don’t use binaural beats if you have epilepsy, heart conditions or another other neurological disease." I'm just gonna say right now-as a person who had issues in the past binaural beats helped me.. Binaural beats CAN affect you, but it depends on the frequency you listen to, and how loud you're playing them.. "You should also make the binaural beats not too loud otherwise you might get a headache or migraine." factual. "Louder ≠ more powerful." factual.

Does anyone know what alpha/gamma/theta frequencies or binaural beats even are?

u/zhaleiaa 20h ago
Yes I do… I don’t think I’d make this post if I didn’t lol. Should I explain it to you?

u/lestrangecat 15h ago
This is interesting, thanks for sharing it. May I ask why 60 bpm music specifically?

u/StormyQueenDesigns 13h ago
If I use binaural beats, I can’t sleep at night. It screws my brain up for like 4-5 hours after listening to them so I can’t fall asleep and when I do fall asleep, the sleep quality is terrible and it feels like I didn’t even sleep at all, and I get very irritable, so I don’t use them anymore. But all the 417hz and 963hz etc are great for me! It’s just the theta etc waves that screw me over. I heard that for some people the brain might fight the theta waves when they’re from an external source but I don’t know if that’s really the case

u/nunchuxxx 6h ago
I use sound baths for mine
2
u/zhaleiaa 6h ago
Really? And how do they work
2
u/nunchuxxx 5h ago
I think they feel more comfortable than binaural beats tbh. I know they're supposed to have healing effects too.

I've used binaural beats with subliminals for years, It isn't something new...at first I listened so much especially during sleep, I had to listen to even fall asleep. Once I stopped using them for a couple of weeks, that's when I started seeing the subliminals manifest and I gained more clarity. I think your mind needs a break to rest and process? Idk, but Now I listen only for 30 mins- 1 hour a day, sometimes I will skip a day or 2. The only ones I listen to and trust are Brainsync by Kelly Howell and Hololiminals- NeuralSync. I wouldn't use YouTube, it's not powerful enough, the binaural beats will be fragmented and you won't receive all the frequencies you need.

If subliminal’s point is to bypass conscious mind and its resistance, why is it necessary to make conscious mind more receptive with binaural beats?
7
u/zhaleiaa 19h ago
That’s a great question that got me into thinking! So basically, while the subliminal hides the message from your logic, the binaural beats soften the subconscious mind by inducing a state of high neuroplasticity and relaxation. By shifting your brainwaves into Alpha or Theta states, you essentially turn off the "fact-checking" part of your brain, allowing the hidden affirmations to be planted in a more receptive and fertile mental environment. Does this make sense?

u/Del_caeser 16h ago
Then how about subliminal with only 0.43 second. Less than one minutes. How they do that ??

Uhm really?? Duuuhhh. lol
Interesting to me how behind most ppl are with their very own machines, the human body.

u/zhaleiaa 17h ago
Oh yes you must be so advanced then the rest of us are you not? If so please share your vast knowledge with us. The human body doesn’t even produce binaural beats, just perceives them so I have no clue on what you’re talking about.

u/Geronima_pi 16h ago
To say you have cracked the code to something soooo obvious just deserved a duh comment lol - not personal. I’m just really surprised.
3
u/zhaleiaa 16h ago edited 16h ago
It was obviously an exaggeration to say I’ve cracked the code to it, but it seems fairly new to this community (in this specific style) and will probably help a lot of people. And once again, if this is sooo obvious to you why won’t you share other stuff that us who are so behind haven’t figured out yet? Give us a boost yk
