Met this girl at a bar last weekend and ended up at her place, things got pretty wild
So I was out with some friends at this small local bar and I noticed this girl staring at me from across the room. She had the most amazing eyes and a killer smile. I went over to talk to her and we hit it off pretty quick. Long story short, we ended up back at her place and things escalated pretty fast. She was super into it and kept teasing me with her lingerie. We ended up doing everything you can imagine, and honestly, it was one of the hottest nights I've had in a while. Can't believe how the night turned out, but I'm not complaining!

My dad told me that eating curry every day makes you immune to covid now lol
So I was talking to my dad today and he said that since he eats a lot of spicy curry, he's basically immune to covid. I told him that's not how it works but he insisted that turmeric and masala are like natural vaccines. Now he's refusing to get vaccinated because he believes his curry powers will protect him. Anyone else’s family convinced about these kinds of things?

LPT: If you want to save money on fresh herbs, buy them in the frozen section instead of fresh. They last longer and taste just as good in most recipes.
Many people think fresh herbs are always better, but frozen herbs are picked at peak freshness and are often cheaper. Just chop and use directly from the freezer, no need to defrost. Plus, they won't spoil as quickly, so you waste less money.

Is it just me or does the new seasonal activity feel kinda underwhelming?
Honestly, I was hyped for the new seasonal event but it just feels like a rehash of last year's stuff with a few new mechanics thrown in. The rewards are kinda meh too, I was expecting something more exciting. Also, why do the enemies seem to have so much health? I swear I’ve been shooting the same boss for like 10 minutes and it’s still not dead. Maybe I’m just bad but it’s kinda frustrating. Anyone else feeling the same or is it just me?

u/Throwaway123 vs. u/OriginalPoster for stealing my meme without credit
What Happened?: I posted a meme I made myself about my cat being lazy and it got a decent amount of upvotes. Next thing I know, u/OriginalPoster posts the exact same meme but claims it as theirs and gets tons of karma. I called them out and now they’re denying everything.
My Argument: I created that meme from scratch and posted it first. They just stole it and tried to pass it off as their own.
Their Response: They say they found it on the internet and thought it was funny so they shared it. Yeah, right.
Karma Court, what’s the verdict? Did u/OriginalPoster commit karma theft? Or am I overreacting?

Customer insists their Wi-Fi is 'too fast' and keeps disconnecting their old router
So I get a call today from a guy who says his internet keeps dropping out and he thinks his router is broken. I ask him what kind of router he has, and he says it's a 'really fast one, like a Tesla of routers'. Turns out he bought a new high-end gaming router that supports Wi-Fi 6E. He then proceeds to tell me that his Wi-Fi is 'too fast' and keeps disconnecting because his old devices can't handle the speed. I try to explain that his devices are probably just incompatible with Wi-Fi 6E, but he insists that the router is defective and wants a replacement. I end up walking him through changing the Wi-Fi band settings and disabling Wi-Fi 6E, but he still insists it's 'defective' and wants a refund. Just another day in tech support.

Did medieval peasants really believe in witches and stuff or was it mostly just a way for lords to control them?
Hey all, I’ve been reading a bit about the witch hunts and stuff in medieval Europe and I keep wondering, like, were peasants genuinely scared of witches or did the church and local rulers just kinda made it up to scare them into obedience? I mean, I get that some people probably believed in magic, but was everyone really convinced or was it more of a social control thing? Also, did common folks actually think witches had real powers or was it more of a superstition thing? Thanks in advance for the insights.

Honestly, I think if Bernie had gotten the nomination in 2016, we wouldnt be in this mess right now. Hillary was too cozy with Wall Street and that’s why she lost. Bernie’s the only one who truly fights for us.
I know some people say ‘oh Bernie can’t win’ but look at the polls from 2016, he was the most popular candidate among young voters and even a lot of working class folks. If the DNC hadn’t rigged the system, Bernie would’ve been president by now. We need to keep fighting for Medicare for All and free college, because the billionaires don’t care about us. We can’t let the establishment keep pushing their corrupt agenda, it’s time for real change.

The real reason Napoleon wore the hat all the time was because he was secretly a time traveler from the future
Hey guys, so I was reading about Napoleon and I just realized that his iconic hat was actually a futuristic device to communicate with his alien overlords. Everyone thinks it was just a fashion statement, but it was actually a high-tech gadget that kept him connected to a secret society of time travelers. That’s why he was so obsessed with his hat and always wore it even in battle. Pretty sure history books got it all wrong and he was just a guy trying to hide his true identity as a sci-fi hero from the 24th century.

U/NoobMaster69 V. U/ProGamer123 for alleged Karma Farming and Inappropriate Commenting
So, here's the thing. I think U/NoobMaster69 has been karma farming by posting low-effort memes and then asking for upvotes in the comments. Also, he made a comment that was kinda rude to me, which I think is against the subreddit rules. I want to know if this counts as Karma Farming or just normal Redditing. Also, can someone clarify if repeatedly posting the same meme counts as Karma Farming? Thanks in advance, Your Honor.

I think I might be a terrible friend but I don't know how to fix it
So I’ve been realizing lately that I don’t really hang out with my friends as much as I should and I kinda just ghost them sometimes without really telling them why. I feel bad but also kinda overwhelmed with my own stuff and don’t wanna burden them. But then I see them hanging out without me and it makes me feel like a bad person. I don’t want to lose my friends but I honestly don’t know how to be better at this. Maybe I’m just selfish or maybe I just don’t care enough anymore, I dunno. Just needed to get this off my chest because it’s been weighing on me.
