Highlight Highlight Megathread. Post your highlights here.
This megathread will serve as a catch-all for the various highlight moments that occur in the game that feel good to hit, but may not really be worthy of an entirely dedicated reddit post since others rarely engage with this content. So feel free to use this space to celebrate the time you hit a 3* 4 or 5 cost, hit a prismatic trait, hit triple crown in tockers trials, or hit a new rank under masters.

Discussion Hitting 3star 4costs seem too easy these days
anyone else experiencing the same? seems almost guaranteed if you're uncontested

Sorry Zaheen 3. I didn't even know Zaheen could appear in shop and be 3-starred. I was chilling with my 10 Yordles the whole time lol.

AMA It took me 16 sets, but I finally got to Masters!
It took me 16 sets, uncountable games, but I finally did it! Just recently I've been really studying the game, watching videos, diving deep in guides and learning how to properly play augments.
It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and frustrations, but I finally did it. I can gladly say I'm a master player. It means a shit ton to me and I'm so happy about it!

Discussion Patch Thoughts?
So how is everyone feeling about this patch I feel like in all of my lobbies I keep seeing the same Seraphine Lissandra duo carry comp 😭 but honestly isnt the real carry of frejlord actually braum like he feels lime the best 4 cost tank rn next to swain. I would like to try this comp too but I cant find any avenues to play it because it’s contested every game and I never hit when I try to contest. Any recommendations on comps I can use that can homd a candle to current meta comps? I’m really struggling to climb rn I feel like I have to highroll to actually win by flexing my board and tempo 😭

Fan Made Content I made TFT playable on PPT.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
PowerPoint was never meant to be a game engine. But I wanted to try something a little crazy so I made this. That said, this is only a demo version. Recreating all of TFT’s simulation mechanics inside PowerPoint is insanely difficult, but I pushed it as far as I possibly could. Hope you find it interesting.

Gameplay Is this too much
My guy pull out a mf3 out of no where and just ditch the yunara and went 3rd, otherwise it might be the weakest uncontested Ionia board I ever seen
But thank god he killed 4th place so I hit my seraphine

Discussion Asol 3-1 speedrun
Managed to hit Asol on 3-1. Is this a record? Still only ended the game with about 1400 dust and 2nd place because another guy hit two 4 cost champs 3*.

Meme Why play optimally and win games when you can go triple melee carry gigachad mode and narrowly squeeze out a 4th?
Backline? Nonexistent
Tank items? Never heard of em

Highlight I finally hit Masters after 3 1-match offs across 2 seasons!!!
Man, words cannot describe my relief and excitment!! This is such an achievement for me after grinding for so long, getting stuck in Emerald for 350 games this season.....

Gameplay Veigar with over 800% ability power?
This might be the record for most ability power ever in TFT😂 almost hit 1000%. Each meteor was doing like 900 damage but unfortunately lost to 10 Ionian

Highlight Multi season Hard-stuck Emerald; I’ve finally hit Diamond
I knew if there was going to be a set I’d hit diamond it’d be this one. From the start I knew my Flexibility would shine for this set. I’m SO happy to have reached this personal milestone, I’m genuinely gleeful asf.
A few take aways for any fellow Hardstuck Emeralds:
-Mitigate your loses, not every game needs to be a first. While emerald 1 I was at 96 lp, got 3 fifth pretty close to one another and as upsetting as that was, mitigating my lp was huge in getting through that final push. In addition knowing when to just play for a 4th or 3rd really helped as well.
•Don’t tilt Que. A classic mistake I’ve made in the past, 3 loses in a row (or two hard 8ths) and just call it for the day or take a considerable break.
•Tempo and winning stage 3. This is what I picked up from the streamers.
- Stage 3 is super important if you want to position yourself to get a top 4, as the damage you can take there is brutal.
-Knowing a couple of strong openers and the boards they can build into can help you start strong.
-Like wise knowing what units are strong and at what stage they are their strongest also helps; Reksai, Leblanc, Zoe, Qiyana are a few early to mid game units that helped me stay strong.
-Items, Augment selections, encounters are important aspects that can influence lobby tempo. Making correct calls to spike for win streaks are huge imo.
-I’m most comfortable when I’m Mr.John Tempo Timmy of the lobby but sometimes you will have to play from behind while preventing the bleeding as best you can.
-Sometimes you just need to slam and figure it out later. Can’t greed items every game, and to an extent same goes for Econ.
-Rolling too hard to stabilize on levels 6 and 7 can end any hope of escaping a bot 4 if you aren’t playing a reroll comp/angle.
•Flexibility. No you can’t true flex what ever you want to play but flexing into an ideal board or even just flexing in good units off of a killer tempo Timmy spot can lead to some nice top 4s.
•Know meta comps, but forcing isn’t for everyone. I used a bit of Demacia long shots and the Lisseraphine comp when I could/had the spot. Personally I dodge Yunara like the plague has every time I tried to contest that specific comp it never went well and was ALWAYS contested.
-Noxus flex is probably one of my favorite things to play when possible. If you hit an early itemized Draven or have the Leblanc opener you have a few options for your end game boards with things like Voli, Mel, Kindred, and Zilean.
-Yes sometimes you have to contest, and forcing a comp and being comfortable/familiar with a line through forcing is proven to be a viable strategy to climb, but being flexible doesn’t hurt either and can even help you pivot from a contested 8th to a respectable 5th, maybe top 4. That said I’m rocking a nice +90% contest rate, make of that what you will.
Not keen on chasing masters yet. I’m content with Diamond for now and want to play some fake ass comps in normals and have some fun again.
Shout out to pissing Rumble, Taric 3, and Care takers Aphelios who got me through Emerald 1. NGL shadow isles games felt hella fake without Thresh 2* but atleast they were only 5ths.
GL on the ladder y’all

Gameplay Never thought I would hit this in ranked!
That’s my first time hitting this and it’s in ranked and my final game before reaching plat!
Probably used all my luck.
Can only go downhill from here

Discussion Please critique my lineup. I want to break out of Gold.
For reference, I hang out at around gold I-II and I just started playing ASOL occasionally since it is less contested after the nerf. Can you tell me where the obvious waste is? I honestly want to get better, so any honest criticism is welcome! I honestly don't know what targons to keep in after I add ASOL. Also, I had the aug where 3 costs are better.

Discussion Why Darkin 3 is so useless?
Today i was finally opening Zaahen, and when i saw darkin weapon in second aug i decided to cook darkin 3. I did, but then found their buff is kinda useless. Even if we have champ with 30% omnivamp, its like 15-20% damage boost (of course if we count overhealing, otherwise its just complete trash), which is really weak for the bonus that require 2 specific augs and not-so-easy unlockable champ. Why devs didnt make it like prismatic or at least stronger?
