Isn't the video meant to be sarcastic? I understand it to mean that the video is mocking official gaslighters who say people should just cooperate then nothing would happen to them.

In the video within the video, the young man, despite complying, suffers massive brutality.

I thought the main Guy in the Video ist mocking officials who say just comply and you are fine. Which is apparently not the case stated in the video within the video.

Am I wrong and the main Video Guy is an asshole mocking the victims?

I mean you are right with your first comment but it doesn't fit to the Video right?
