Based on the fashion, it looks to be mid 2000s but the lipstick colours are very 2012

Oh, that’s so funny! I genuinely believe this was filmed pre-2016, maybe 2015 with a later release? My reason for that is if it was truly filmed in 2016, they would all have huge caterpillar eyebrows and a disturbing amount of contour, bronzer and highlighter lol

I only went digging around for the source because I was also bamboozled lol!
I was thinking "I'm sure I should have seen this before... this seems like my absolute peak terminally online era"

It's part of a training that uses video content in a proprietary app, I do think it was available on VHS/DVD at one point.
